"Sorry! What the hell do you think you're doing here!"
"Oh hey Tash-"
"It's Natasha to you!"
"Dude chill!"
"Don't you be telling me to chill"
"Uhm-Nats..."
I felt Leon tugging on my arm.
"What!!?!?"
I spun round to look at him.
"I invited him."
That's when I felt all the rage in me build up.
"WHY?!???"
"Because he needed a friend and I thought you'd approve."
"No Leon. No I don't approve and if he's not leaving I am!"
And with that I left the roof and went back downstairs.
I'm not like guys I don't let my anger out by punching things.
I cry.And with that I ran to the toilets and just cried my eyes out.
Why is he such a jerk?I'm just confused to be honest.
Just then I heard the toilet doors open. I slowly lock the cubical lock and lift my feet up so I'm not seen.
I'm sitting on the toilet lid don't worry.
"Who does she think she is?"
That voice is familiar...Janice"Yeah right she comes in flaunts her headscarf and still gets everyone's attention." Lilly?
"I know right. Like is she even Mozlem."
"OH EM GEE SHE COULD BE FAKING IT!"Okay I need to remain calm. With that I unlocked the toilet door.
"Hello...girls." I smiled at their dumbstruck faces and walked out.
Hey I've already released all my anger why should it start to build up again?
I checked my phone to see five texts from Leon.
From FrogBreath: Ay Nats...
From FrogBreath: I'm sorry mann
From FrogBreath: He is gone
From FrogBreath: What happened anyways?
From FrogBreath: You've got a lot of explaining to do young lady.I sighed and pocketed my phone. He'll call me if its really important.
I walked to the library and sat in my favourite corner.
I took out Noughts an Crosses by Malorie Blackman and started reading. This book is a classic.
Just as I got into the book I heard shuffling in front of me.
I looked up to see the Jerk himself.
I scoffed and went back to reading.
"Why don't you like me?"
I stopped reading and looked up at him.
"Because you're expecting me to fall at your feet in love."
" Oh yeah coz that was obviously the plan(!)" sarcasm dropped from his voice.
I had nothing to say.
"You're not even a proper Muslim. Only started wearing the scarf when I started school. Coincidence? I think not."
"How do you know that?"
"People talk Natasha."
Him saying my full name kinda hurt. I can't show to him that I am stung from his words.
