Tuesday Night
Jaden's pov:
I laid on my bed in the dark staring at the ceiling. I was tired but I couldn't sleep. I kept thinking about Addy. Man I really love her. Like a lot.

Wednesday Morning
Jaden's pov:
I woke up the next morning to someone pounding on our door. It was pouring outside.
Cole got out of bed to see who was at the door. It was our dorm supervisor.
"It's suppose to storm like this nonstop all day." He started. Thunder boomed and lighting flashed. "I was told to spread the word to all of you that there will be no training today."
"What about scrimmages?" I asked. I wouldn't miss Addy's scrimmage for the world.
"All scrimmages will be pushed back a day and the last day scrimmages will be thrown in. Your coaches will fill you in with more information tomorrow morning."
"Okay, thanks." Cole said. "See ya." He closed the door. I picked up my phone to text Addy.
Me: Hey gorgeous did you get the news?
Addy😍: About having no training? Yeah.
I turned to Cole. "Wanna hang out with Addy and Kate today since there's no training all day?" I asked.
"Hell yeah!" He answered. I saw that coming.
Me: Cole and I were wondering if you wanted to hang out today since there's no training and what time you were going down to breakfast?
Addy😍: I'm game. Kate says she's in too and we'll probably go down around like 6? Is that okay with you guys?
Me: Yeah that sounds good😊
Addy's pov:
Our dorm supervisor just stopped by to tell us that there was no training all day today because of the storm. I mean don't get me wrong, I was kinda bummed that we weren't gonna play today but I was also really excited cause having no training meant I had the whole day to spend with Jaden. My phone went off and I looked over to see that Jaden had just texted me. He asked if I'd heard and wondered if we wanted to hang out today. Kate and I were in no doubt about it. I told him we were probably going to breakfast around 6 which was in like 20 minutes. I washed my face, brushed my teeth and my hair and put on black Adidas sweatpants and my lunar glides and a Red Land Little League sweatshirt with HENLINE on the back that I'd forgotten I had on when we left Jaden and Cole's room. Kate put on her blue free runs with dark grey puma pants and a tshirt.
I grabbed my phone and opened the door.
"It's raining ya know?" I said. "Your gonna be cold."
"Oh..right." She said as if she'd forgotten that it was raining cats and dogs outside. She grabbed an Under Armour hoodie and we walked out the door.
We walked down the stairs and out the doors to see Jaden and Cole running our way. Kate and I stood under the little bit of roof sticking out from the building and laughed at them.
"Hello there hot stuff!" I said to Jaden smirking. "Is that my sweatshirt?" he said picking me up and spinning me around. It was perfect like in a movie..rain and all.
Jaden's pov:
Cole and I ran towards Addy and Kate. They were standing there under the roof perfectly dry laughing at us.
"Hello there hot stuff!" She says to me smirking. If anybody's hot here it's her, I think. She's wearing big baggy sweatpants with her long hair in a messy bun with my sweatshirt on. She didn't even have to try to look adorable. "Is that my sweatshirt?" I say picking her up and spinning her around.
