ANGELE
With my blue headband on, which matched my knee-length pencil skirt and suit jacket, I hurried down town to meet Gen at Starbucks. I know right? That sucked. However, he wanted the interview there rather than in some expensive restaurant.
As I walked along the streets my mind kept on rehearsing what to do in front of him like:
Gen! Am I too late? Yes, I am? Well, you deserved it!
Hold on a sec. That's quite rude. Okay, I'll change that. Eherm.
Mr. Jacobs, it's nice seeing you again.
Mr. Jacobs? That's too formal and besides, there's nothing nice with meeting him again, especially now, when things are already falling into their right destination.
Alright, why don't we keep things in here honest?
Gentry Jacobs! Do you know how many years had I wanted you to notice me? I couldn't even make myself angry, eventhough you had me waiting three hours back then you fvcking bastard!
Okay, let's stop this! This isn't going anywhere.
I kept on walking until I finally saw him sitting on a couch, sippin' on his cup of coffee. That sight. Oh, that sight. I gulped big as I entered the door and-
Gen! I heard you've got promoted. Congratulations!
"Angele?!" He called as he woke me up to whatever auto-practice I was on.
Holy! Those bright blue eyes. The same eyes that caught me off-guard. And that sweet smile.
I sighed as I noticed my mouth partly opened with the sight of him. What is this?
He approached my directions as none came out from my mouth. Come on, Angele! You've been practicing this the whole time weren't you!
Okay. Here we go! 1, 2, 3...

"You want some coffee?" Gen asked as I hadn't even got a chance to greet him or whatever.
My head nodded automatically as I fell in line to have some great drink to have.
What's happening to me? I felt all nervous and all. Good thing my phone vibrated and-
It's Seth. He's been so excited to hear a news from me regarding my interview with Gen. What would I say? His texts were annoying, but honestly, they helped me keep my mind present.
Now, I just hope that I can talk to Gen properly.
I went to where he was and sat across him. He's smiling at me like some nutcase and, again, he was the one who started talking to me.
"So how is it working for The Bachelors?" I took a sip of my Green Tea Latte Frappuccino and answered, "It's great. Very great... H-how about you? How's Travel Magazine?"
"It's great too, but a bit tiring" he said and laughed a bit after. I started to have an action as I fumbled underneath my bag, searching for my phone so that I could finally proceed with my business.
"Are you ready for the questions?" I asked him as he chuckled a little and straightened his back. "Okay. Wooh! Are the questions scary?" he asked with a playful grin.
The Gen I was seeing right now was very different from the one I used to know. What happened? How did he changed? It was just almost a year?
But considering this, this almost a year, a lot had changed in me too. People change and changes can happen overnight.
