don't tell me that
i am being illogical
or unreasonable
or silly
or childish
when i am trying to be honest;
this is not a mathematical equation
or a scientific explanation.
If left unresolved
feelings can bubble up inside us
and eventually cause us to burst emotionally.
or even worse
they could
become physical illnesses
