chapter 13 overwhelming day

ALEX' P.O.V

I woke up in dans bed as usual but he wasn't there so i decided to get out of bed and find him and see if i can find the others as well as i got out of the bed i started to feel woozy i didn't let it bother me though i continued on down the corridor i knocked on phil's bedroom door. No reply. I opened the door slightly and poked my head through to see if i could see them sleeping. No-one. Well that's strange. I closed the door then walked to the kitchen no-one was there either. I started to get slightly anxious but i kept it down. I walked into the living room and.....

"SUPRISE!!!!" everyone yelled coming out from behind furniture. I looked around at everyone; zoe, alfie, joe, louise, dan, phil, Casper, chelsea, danny, james, a random girl?, Tyler, Troye, joey (Graceffa) and finally shannon. "shannon planned it" zoe said i looked over at shannon seeing her blushing furiously i ran over to her and literally tackling her to the ground. I fell on top of her squeezing her tightly " thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!" i thanked her over and over again "ok let's get this party started!" casper yelled turning on the stereo everyone got up and started dancing manically dancing. I made my way through the crowd mingling with people then i got to the group from school "hi" i smiled towards everyone "hi alex this is our other friend saoirse (seer-sha) she was ill on your first day" chelsea smiled towards me "hi saoirse how are you?" i questioned i felt a little awkward but i continued anyway "i'm good thanks happy birthday by the way" she spoke in a mixed accent of English and Irish "aww thank you" i smiled.

It's been 2 hours since the start of the party and everything has quietened down most people had left now the only people still here are shannon, dan, phil, zoe, alfie and i. We were all in the mists of our own conversations. I started to feel a bit tiered and overwhelmed by what had happened today. I burst into tears everyone surrounded me, i didn't feel trapped or enclosed i felt loved, "Alex what wrong honey speak to me?" dan spoke gently rubbing my arms comfortingly "i-i'm ju-just real-really happy i h-have the b-est f-amily and fr-friends in the-the world" i hiccupped "aww Al we love you too" shannon cooed wrapping me in a hug which everyone then soon joined in THIS IS MY FAMILY AND NO-ONE CAN TAKE THEM AWAY FROM ME.

Later that night

Every one had now left and me shannon phil and dan were snuggle on the soft phil sitting up in the middle of the sofa dan laying with his head on phil's lap, i lay in dans arms and shannon has her head on phil's chest. I must say i am rather comfortable. We lay there watching films ranging from my neighbour totoro to high school musical i then suggest watching MARIO BROS. 3 episodes it's amazing for something that was created in like the 90's it has amazing graphics and 'cartoonism' we watch that until i start to fall asleep. I let sleep overtake my body and then i was in a black abyss.

DAN'S P.O.V

I was laying with my head on phil's lap and Alex in my arms. Phil was playing with my hair that had now gone slightly curly due to sweat my phone reminder started buzzing notifying me that alex and shannon had to take their meds i shook alex gently as phil did the same to shannon the girls woke up slightly "whaaat?" Alex moaned groggily "you two need to take your meds and then we can head to bed" i say lifting alex' tired form up from the couch placing her on my hip. She buried her face further into my shoulder groaning i got to the kitchen then place Alex on the counter as phil did the same with shannon i got out their tablet and put two in my hand for Alex then two in phil's hand for shannon i grabbed a cup from the dishwasher and ran some water into it i first gave it to Alex who took it gratefully and downed her pills then i filled the cup again handing it to shannon who thanked me then downed her pills i took the glass back and placed it into the sink.

I grabbed Alex off of the counted as phil did with shannon we walked back to the lounge where we placed the girls on the sofa whilst phil and i went to our rooms and gathered all of our covers and pillows. We made our way back to the living room phil layed down in my sofa crease with shannon resting on his chest i layed down with my head on phil's lap with Alex in my arms. All the lights were off the only light being emitted from the T.V. which was playing soft music. Phil began to play with my curly locks again lulling me to sleep.

"i love you phil" i spoke softly in a whisper "i love you too dan" phil spoke even softer than me "night girls night lion" i said "night dads" the girls muttered "night bear" phil said intertwining our fingers and that how i fell asleep. I was happy i had a beautiful family even though they aren't my blood they are still the most important people in my life. I love them all.

A/N sorry for the short chapter i passed out writing it, you know where your mind goes to sleep but your body continues to move, no?, just me then. so they may be irrelevant waffle in there but yeah hope you liked it love you all my DANdeLIONS
