Chapter 31: Christmas With a Demon.

I'm awoken by someone slapping my face and screaming "IT'S CHRISTMAS!" in my ear.

Definitely Savannah who slapped me, and Ella who screamed.

I groan, and shove Savannah and Ella away.

"You're in a good mood." Sebastian chuckles, coming in  the room and laying next to me.

I nod my head in a sleepy fashion.

"Merry Christmas, darling." He says, and gives me a quick kiss.

"Wait, it's Christmas?"

I know nothing in the morning.

"...yes, sweetheart."

"MOVE OUT THE WAY BITCH, THERE'S PRESENTS DOWNSTAIRS." I shove him away, and run downstairs.

I see Shyanne in the hallway, and I push her over. "MOVE!"

"MALLORY LEIGH GILLEY, QUIT YELLING!" My mom screams.

"IT'S MICHAELIS NOW!"

"LEGALLY NOT UNTIL TOMORROW, HONEY. YOU'RE STILL A GILLEY."

"STOP YELLING YOU ARE HURTING MY POOR EARS!" Grandma shouts.

We all make it to the living room, where the Christmas tree and presents await us.

Grandma, Grammy and Aurora sit on the couch, Ella and Katie sit in the chair, Mom, Shyanne and Savannah sit on the other couch, the servants, and Alaina and Alyssa sit on the floor, and Sebastian steals the last chair from me.

"Bitch." I whisper. "Sit down, then." He says.

"WHERE?!"

"I have fucking legs, Mal. Sit the hell down."

I sigh, and go sit on his fucking lap, since he wants me to so bad.

We all open presents, which was very.... interesting.

The only things left is for Sebastian and I to open the gifts we gave each other.

He flips when he sees the leather jacket, and he laughs when he sees the Hello Kitty coloring book. The last thing I have in there is a picture of me and him; which he loved.

I open the first box, and see A NEW FUCKING PHONE.

A SPACE GREY IPHONE 6.

"OH MY GOD SEBASTIAN HOW DID YOU KNOW?!"

He just shrugs.

I go to the next box, and see several gift cards; Starbucks, Hot Topic, app store, and iTunes.

The last box looks interesting.

I open it, and find a locket. I open the locket up, and see a picture that Savannah took of me and Sebastian kissing, when we had that photo shoot thing a while back.

"Sebastian, it's perfect..." I say, unable to take my eyes away from the necklace.

"Here, let me put it on for you."

I move my hair out of the way, and he puts the locket around my neck.

"I love you." He whispers, breathing down my neck.

"I love you too, creep."

"GOALS!!!!" Alyssa screams.

"Shut up." I roll my eyes.

"Mallory, we need to be leaving around four." Mom says.

"What?"

"We have to leave. You aren't supposed to see Sebastian before the wedding. It's bad luck, honey. And plus, Savannah has something for you to listen to."

I sigh, not wanting to leave Sebastian. "Fine."

"Go ahead and pack your stuff so you'll have more time." She orders.

I nod my head, and run up the stairs.

I walk into mine and Sebastian's bedroom, and slam the door behind me.

Sebastian comes in shortly after me, quietly shutting the door.

"It's okay, Mallory."

"No it isn't! It's Christmas and I want to be able to spend time with you! But no, I have to leave and stress about a wedding, because my mom's gonna be all judgmental! Don't get me wrong, I love my mom, but I don't want to be with her for Christmas when she's flipping out. I want to be with you!"

He walks over to me, grabbing my shoulders.

"Mal. Relax. I'm with you until 4. Plus, we get married tomorrow, and we'll be able to spend time together for fucking ever. Yes, I will miss you, but it isn't even for 24 hours. Just think, darling. After today you won't be Mallory Leigh Gilley anymore. You'll be Mrs. Mallory Leigh Michaelis. And it's a week of just me and you in Japan after that."

I sigh, "I guess you're right."

"I also get laid tomorrow."

"OH MY GOD, SHUT UP! DON'T TALK ABOUT IT!" I squeal.

"Oh, but you will tomorrow night." He smirks.

I roll my eyes. "Just help me pack."

"Mal, it's time to go." Aurora says.

I sigh, and walk over to Sebastian, who is waiting at the car.

"I don't wanna go."

"I know you don't, darling."

"Mom said we can't even text each other or anything."

"I hate that idea. But it'll only make us even more excited to see each other tomorrow, I guess."

"Okay y'all, hurry up with your goodbyes so we can go. I'm hungry." Katie groans.

"Oh, sorry. Well, then, bye. I'll see you tomorrow." He says, and leans down and kisses me.

"I love you."

"I love you too." He says, and I quickly get in the car.

"So what did you want me to listen to?" I ask Savannah.

"A playlist for the wedding. There's a lot of Evanescence on there."

I look through the songs.
