The Way We Found Love (LxLight)

Chapter 9: Hatching the plan..

(Normal POV)
They both walk into L's room and run over the recording and what Misa had sent them.

"So what its saying here is that their going to meet at the abandoned wear house out of town. Then their going to get you to touch the paper, and then their going to force you to dump me and if you decline we both die" L said as he started to tear up. This meant that  if Light got his memory back he would remember all about the death note and he wont be the same person again.

"Its okay i'll never leave you" Light said with a smile, whipping away his tears before kissing him. L stopped crying and got back to reading the texts.

"I should call Near, Mello and Matt and ask them for some help as distractions in this case" L looks up to Light asking for an approval. Light nods his head and hums an agreement.

"Okay then.. I'll call them now" L dialled in Nears number (for his company) and put it in speaker.

It answered ...

"Hello, who am i speaking to?" The voice on the phone asked.

"I am L, I would like to speak to my successor Near" the phone went silent then someone else came on.

"Hello L, this is Near" he answers.

"Hi, would Mello and Matt happen to be with you right now because i have a mission for you all" L stares at the wall with no emotion on his face. Light pulls him close for a hug and a few kisses on his cheek.

"Yes, Mello came over dragging Matt with him so they could eat my chocolate. Their still here if you want me to get them" L smiled a little when Near said that they came for the chocolate.

"Yeah okay" L said smiling and pushing Light off him.

"MATT, MELLO STOP MAKING LOVE AND COME AND SPEAK TO L!!" L and Light burst out laughing.

"Matt: hel-
Mello: Matt shh...
*making out noises*
Near: Can you two stop please! There is a kid here you know! Keep it PG 13!
Matt: Sorry mom..." They all quietened down so L could properly talk to them.

"Okay so now thats over with.... I have a mission for you all. Misa Amane and Mr Yagami are going to meet up at an abandoned warehouse outside of town. I want you to go there and make sure they don't write anything in the note book. Oh and don't go too hard on Misa she is with us" L explained to them what was happening and what they have to do.

"Mello: So L... Is Misa your girlfriend then?" L looked like he was about to scream then Light butted in.

"No! I am his BOYFRIEND!" Light said angrily that the subject even came up.

"Mello: jeez chill..
Matt: OMG were not the only gay people here!!
*Near face palms silently*" L and Light smile at each other it was about time they came out to everyone else. 

"Sorry for yelling I'm just a bit too over protective with him" Light snuggled into L's neck blushing slightly.

"Mello: Do you trust him?" Light looked at the phone confused to why he asked that.

"Yeah why whats wrong?" Light wrapped his arm around L's skinny waist pulling him closer to him.

"Matt: Then you shouldn't be over protective.
Mello: Look who's talking, you stare daggers at any one who looks at me" there was a few small chuckles in the other side of the phone.

"Light: I'm not over protective. If anything L is more protective of me.
L: I love you too much" L kissed every inch of Lights face smiling at him.

"Near: Anyway the reason that why we are here is because L has a mission for us. I would like to complete it if you don't mind.
"Matt: Ok sorry Near, we where getting a bit to lovely dovely... Hey Mello gimmie my chocolate back!!!*intense crashing in the background*
Near: I thing we might have to go now, call us back in a couple of days and we will have a plan sorted out" L smiled as the phone hung up. He looked over to Light who was trying to hide his worry.

"Hey its going to be okay, you don't have to worry" L pushed light down onto the bed and straddled him.

"I'm sorry" L looked at him and kissed his lips.

"Why are you saying sorry. You haven't done anything wrong" Light looked up at him looking like he was about to cry.

"I'm worrying too much and I can tell its stressing you out, I'm so so sorry" L rolled his eyes and smiled at the boy under him.

"Just shut up and kiss me you emotional brat" Light pulled L's t-shirt towards him and pushed their lips together.

"I love you" Light said sleepily in his ear.

"I love you too" Light had fallen asleep, snoring softly. L smiled at him and nuzzled his head into his chest before sleeping to the sound of his heartbeat.

Right finally MelloxMatt came in!!! The next chapter is gonna be a Christmas one, its gonna be one your all going to hate me for.....
