"Excellent! I knew you had it in you, Cloe!" Miss Dawson shouted excitedly as I pulled away from Louis, completely breathless.

"Oh, and everyone, feel free to rehearse your parts in your free time!" She exclaimed and soon we were dismissed from our class.

Since there were only about ten weeks left until the end of the school year, and, more importantly, nine until the play, Miss Dawson decided to turn all of our Drama classes into rehearsals, which meant that the part of our class that didn't have parts didn't even have to come. Caitlyn is one of those lucky bitches, for instance.

"Hey, Lori!" I was walking down the hallway, staring at my tablet, when I heard my name being called. I rolled my eyes, knowing who it was, and turned around.

"What, Louis?" He stood in front of me, smiling, and I could practically feel the girls in the hall glare at me.

"I was thinking, you know how Dawson said we should rehearse our parts? What do you say we meet somewhere to... Rehearse." The smirk on his face made the last two words sound like a metaphor for something. And I was afraid that they just might be.

"No, Louis, there will be no need for that," I smiled politely at him before turning around. As expected, he started walking beside me.

"Come on, we need to rehearse some scenes... Like the one where I piss you off so much you start yelling at me... And I mess up my last one in German..." He said, flipping the papers, finding lines that we still weren't good enough at.

He was right. I knew Miss Dawson wouldn't get off of our backs until we'd mastered the scenes. So his idea to rehearse wasn't actually so bad.

I sighed. "Alright. But only those two scenes, I don't wanna miss the whole lunch break," I said, looking at my watch. Only five minutes have passed, no big deal.

I could see Louis grinning from the corner of my eye. "Great," He said and put the papers in his backpack.

"So, your dorm or mine?" He asked and I frowned at him. The dorms? Did we really need that much privacy?

"I was thinking somewhere on the field or something," I said clumsily, still taken aback by his suggestion.

Louis just laughed. "Come on, love, we can't rehearse in front of people. We'll look like clowns," He said with a smile on his face and I thought about it. He was quite right. And with his popularity we'd have half of the school watching us too.

"Okay, then," I sighed, defeated for the second time. "You choose whose dorm."

Louis looked at the ground, as if thinking. "Is yours empty? Or is Caitlyn up there?"

"No, she just texted me, she's with Devon."

Louis smiled at my answer. "Then your dorm it is."

I nodded in agreement. After all, I felt like I'd be more comfortable there, in my comfrot zone, and not a 21 year old guy's bachelor room.

As we made our way out of the school building, and to CW students' dorms, Louis slowly put his arm around me. First his hand was on my lower back, then my upper back, and then on my shoulder as he pulled me closer to him. Every girl on the school yard was looking at us, mostly looking unpleasantly surprised and shocked, and glaring at me.

"Do you have any idea how many of these girls are killing me in their minds?" I quietly asked Louis, looking up at him as he laughed. He was so beautiful, I can't even say hot. He's just beautiful.

"I'd like to see them come anywhere near you while I'm by your side," He said, still smiling, and I could feel my heart flutter at his words. I grinned; I couldn't control it anymore. Maybe he really wasn't the guy I thought he was. He just might be an actual sweetheart when the girl was worth it. And the thought of me being worth his protective and caring side made me melt on the inside.
