No matter how long you've been clean that urge to cut will always come back. Today I took a nap and had a nightmare I woke up wanting to cut. Do you know what I did? I put in my headphones and listen to my favorite bands. Hollywood undead, blood on the dance floor, black veil brides and a lot more it helps me a lot. Remember be strong and be proud who you are.
