That night was different. Castiel waited for the nightmares, the screams, the pleads for Sam.. but they never came. Dean slept through the night till noon the next day.

When Castiel finally work up mid afternoon, Dean was up cleaning the bunker.

"Cleaning?" Cas thought to himself, "Why is Dean cleaning?"

He got up and made his way into the main room "Dean?" He said into, what looked empty, room. Dean came round the corner with a fresh healthy breakfast and smiled, sitting down.

"Hey Cas," he sipped his coffee, "I didn't want to wake you, breakfast is on the table...well, Supper now. Its almost 2 in the afternoon."

Castiel smiled unsurely, "Dean? Are you okay?"

"Never felt better" Dean said cherpily.
"Okay.." Cas replied still unsure how to react to a happy Dean Winchester. He made his way into the kitchen to get his own freshly made breakfast, then sat across the table from Dean.
"So," he started, "whats the case today?"

"No case." Dean said as if he had no interest in the subject, "I'm going to eat my breakfast, shower then maybe work on Baby for a while"

"Oh.." Cas sipped his orange juice not sure what he was going to do with himself.

Normally, Castiel would help Dean with some Vamps or werewolves, maybe a spirit or two would get out of hand and Cas and Dean would have to hunt them down. But today, Dean had other plans. So what was Castiel to do now?

"You look lost?" Dean snapped Cas out of his thoughts.
"Lost?" Castiel questioned, "No, I'm not lost"

"Okay, I'll be in the garge if you need me." Cas nodded.

Castiel sat on the sofa for most of the day. When he next saw Dean, he was covered in oil, Cas smiled at the sight.
"Baby's all better" he smiled.
Cas chuckled a little, and nodded.
"And made a mess as I can see"

Dean laughed, "Yeah, I need another shower then maybe I'll hit the hay"

"Alright Dean," he got up and looked at the mess down the Winchesters shirt smiling yet again, "I'll see you tomorrow."

"Later Cas" Dean smiled staring at the ocean blue eyes.
