Terra and I spent the whole day walking around the city. Terra was able to show me everything the city had to offer. She showed me the market area where they go to pick up food for dinner most nights, explaining that she has to go there a lot to get ingredients so I will be coming a lot as well to help her. She also took me to the area of town where the clothing stores and restaurants were, offering to buy me something. I turned down the offer of clothing because even though it was a lot warmer here than in the North Pole, I felt the most comfortable in my knee-length boots, tight sweatpants, and my blue short-sleeved top, plus a fur jacket for when it is actually cold. We got lunch at one of the restaurants then continued with the tour. Terra showed me the spirit portal up close which was super amazing and I was almost transfixed by the power and energy coming from it.

I had reached out to touch it when Terra asked, "What are you doing?"

"Oh sorry, I don't know something was just kind of calling to me."

Terra gave me a kind of weird look then said, "I want to show you air temple island!"

She pulled me along to the inner harbor and pointed it out. It was amazing how many airbenders I could see flying around on their gliders. Terra offered to try and get us closer by making an earth bridge but I didn't want to bother them before meeting any waterbending masters.

We then passed the White Lotus headquarters. The building looked grand and enchanting, but I am a little thrown off by the wire fence that surrounds the place. I had always thought the White Lotus was open to help people. I had even considered applying as a student on the campus but soon realized I wanted to really focus on waterbending mastery in the North Pole. Plus, the Northern Water Tribe capital's school is one of the best. It taught me everything I need to know about history, strategy, reading, writing, music, math, and waterbending. As we continue past the building I happen to notice a boy who must be a student on the campus. I suppose it was hard to miss him due to his unusually blonde hair. As soon as I had noted this he looked up from his papers and looked at me. I blushed and rushed to catch up with my hyper active cousin.

On our way home with the ingredients for dinner that my aunt had asked us to pick up right as we were leaving for the day, we passed the probending arena.

"OH!! OH!! Nadia, that is the probending arena!" Terra exclaims pulling my free hand to the side so I would see it.

"Wow, it's bigger than I thought. I have never actually seen a match, I don't know how I feel about bending being used for contact sport," I respond looking off into the distance.

"It can be cool to watch sometimes. Some friends of mine from the academy dragged me to a match once. It would have been awesome to see the legendary Fire Ferrets though!" Terra mentions.

"I suppose it would be useful to know some different fighting styles. And to win those matches it would require strategy..." I say, considering this type of bending a little more.

"I have an idea! There is a late night match tonight! Let's go! Maybe we can even sneak backstage and you can ask about waterbending stuff!" Terra suggests.

"I don't know..." I say rubbing my arm. I am pretty tired from the long day of the tour.

"It is one of that last free matches to watch cause the finals are starting!" Terra coaxes me.

"Fine, let's go to the one tonight," I say. My cousin cheers and starts to explain to me how the game works so that I won't be completely lost tonight. Even though we are kind of different, I have a feeling we compliment each other too.
