I want to briefly thank all of you guys for reading! And this chapter is dedicated to Aprilflower14 for following me and voting for like... every single chapter? Or at least like 90% of them. Kayla, thanks for voting and following, you make me want to write more and honestly, you're awesome. Keep being the great girl you are!

Also, play the song above when the time comes. You'll know when. And yeah, it's old and whatever, but it's so perfect like hell this song and this story... I just love it so much and I wanted to try the media thingie so yeah try it and listen to the power of good music guys.

(There are a couple other songs in here, but I think I can only add one video, so if you wanna hear them while they play in the story, they'll be easy to find, guarantee. Enjoy!)

Adeen sat besides Skander on the plane. As he read some reports, she fumbled with her seatbelt. When it was as tight as it could have been, Adeen started looking at the plane. When they had gotten in, Skander had said it was almost exactly like the ones before Illea was built. She looked out the small window and saw some orange-vested men checking the wings. Then loading some boxes. Adeen shifted on her seat and looked at the small screen.

The plane bolted back and Adeen gasped as she grasped the sides of her seat.

"The plane can't go backwards, so they use a car to push it back so we can leave." Skander said without glancing up from his page.

"Right. Right." Adeen said between her teeth and looked out the window again.

One of the men used his red sticks to make a cross. The plane stopped. Adeen tensed and tried to look through the window to the front, but it was useless, the window was too small. Suddenly the plane bolted forward. Adeen gasped again and grasped the sides harder.

"It's okay, Ade." Skander glanced up from his page. "It's totally safe."

"Yeah, never mind the fact we'll be thousands of feet above ground. Or that if anything failed, we would free fall our way to our deaths."

"I've done it a dozen times, Adeen, don't worry. We'll be as safe here as we are in the bunker at the castle."

Adeen looked at him. "I almost died in the bunker."

"Almost." Skander said with a smile.

Adeen glared at him and clutched the leather sides harder.

"Sorry." Skander said and the plane stopped. He looked at the ceiling and smiled. "It's your first time flying. Don't be nervous."

"Skander-"

"Fine. I know how you won't notice we're flying."

Adeen stared at him. "How?"

As the plane pulled forward and a loud noise reached Adeen's ears, Skander leaned in and kissed her. His hands flew to her cheeks and once again Adeen felt like she was falling and alive. The noise and the movements disappeared and soon she could only hear her heart drumming in her ears and feel Skander as he pressed in.

And then he leaned back.

"Better?"

Adeen stared at him. Then she turned to the window. Clouds greeted her. She turned back to Skander.

"We're flying." Skander grinned and nodded. "We're flying."

She turned back at the window and let out a big laugh. Skander grinned.

"We're flying! We're not touching the ground!"

"The first time is always the best one. It gets boring after a while." Skander said as he watched closely Adeen.
