Rain's POV
I awoke for the second time and I was in pain. I tried concentrating on my powers but nothing was working.
The man from earlier chuckled coming into the room.
"You're such a stupid girl Rain. We waited for the right time to take you. You are only able to use your powers wearing the mark of your true mate. You are unable to use them now because you wear the mark of a different alpha male"
"How could I use my powers before I was marked then?"
"You're strong" he growled at me. "But now you aren't since we have tired you out. We gave you a bit of medicine to help you with that" he said and then chuckled.
Dalton's POV
"If you have these powers can't you just be where Rain is?" I growled at her brother.
He sighed and shook his head.
"It's not that easy. I've only been able to visit Rain when she's had her powers, that's how I was able to track her down. It seems as if her powers aren't working"
"What have they done to her?" Jace growled.
"They're stripping her of her powers which may eventually kill her"
Me, Jace and Brodie all growled lowly and Jace and Brodie bared their teeth at me.
"You're on my territory so I suggest you back down" I snapped at them.
"She's our mate" Jace said.
"She's mine now" I said smirking at the twins.
"I'll have your head on a stick" Brodie yelled at me.
"Cmon brother lets get back to the pack house. We'll work on finding her back there" Jace spoke to Brodie.
Brodie growled but nodded his head and picked up Violet and Jace picked up Tai.
"Where are you taking them?" I growled.
"Back to our pack. They are our children" Brodie spoke in his alpha voice.
No! They couldn't take Violet and Tai away. Rain wanted me to protect them, she wouldn't want the boys to have them. She would want me to have them.
They left the pack house with everyone else following behind them and then they sprinted back to their territory.
I screamed and punched the wall that was next to the window that I was staring at them out of.
'I'm so sorry Rain' I thought.
Jace's POV
We took Violet and Tai back to the pack house and put them in the nursery. Violet had little baby brown hairs on her head and soft brown eyes. Tai was the same as Vi except for he was a male version.
"Okay so we know that the wolf council is out to harm the moon goddess and they have taken Rain but we don't know where abouts they are hiding" I spoke to all the warriors of the pack.
"We are to find her as soon as possible and bring back our Luna"
They all cheered and we brought out the map.
