One Thing, Not Seen

(Sukimi's POV)

I had stared at Ciel and Rosemary's embrace. Then she saw me. Lu was right beside me, "Ciel!" She yelled, Rosemary stared at me. "Sukimi! Wait!" I started to walk away. She knew I liked Ciel. How could she not? I got my things and started to leave. Rosemary grabbed my hand, and looked at me. "I'm so sorry. Please forgive me somehow.." I looked at her, "I'll forgive you. As long as you stay away from him."  I saw her look down and she nodded. I took my hand away and we walked home together. "It sucks that their human." I said, Rosemary looked at me and nodded."We need to eat something or else... You know.." She stopped and looked at the battle field. Add was there. She started walking to him but I grabbed her wrist. "Stop. Don't go any further. We don't know what he's capable of." She looked at me, "If he aims at us, it'll be good to get some training." She whispered, I let go and we walked toward Add. "Add?" Rosemary mumbled, he looked up. "Hello. Enemies." He starting firing at us. We jumped back and held our hands together very tightly. Then as we opened our eyes once more.

Our kagune came out. I felt my heart race, the emotions going through my mind were breath taking. I stood silently, watching as Rosemary aimed for Add. As they started to fight, I felt my heart ache a little. The memory of her and Ciel, embracing, give's me nightmares. I took a step back, not wanting to remember. I had to fight too, but I was holding back my tears for a long enough time. I hesitated, then aimed over to Add. I had to keep my feelings away from the situation at hand, but I couldn't for some reason. My kagune raced to him but he caught it and pushed me toward him. I screamed and held my skirt up and slightly terrified, I got out my sword and slashed at him, only hurting my kagune. I screamed in pain, but had to keep fighting. Rosemary got back up and ran after him, but before she could take another shot, he disappeared. We we're panting and I could barely feel my heart beat, but I knew I was still alive from the pain in my leg. Rosemary sighed and her kagune disappeared, then so did mine. 

I held my breath for a second and stood up slowly. I sighed and we started walking back home. "Do you know his intentions?" I asked cheerfully, ignoring the pain, "I don't, but nor do I want to." I nodded, "Then do you have any theories of to why he aimed at us?" She shook her head and I faced the side walk that was ahead of us. "Add is Add. There's no saying of what happened." I nodded slowly and stretched. "I would say he's a worthy opponent. Right, Rosemary?" She smiled and nodded. "What do you think happened to Eve?" She said under her breath, I shook my head, "I don't know, I didn't have a chance to run after you in time but considering Elesis is, well, gone, I can only think that Eve probably took over Plastic Memories." Rosemary sighed, stopped in her tracks, and looked up.

I wish I knew what she was thinking.
