Food & make ups

The light that was coming through the window woke me up from my slumber.  I stretched my arm out to wrap it around Harry but only felt the cold empty spot where he usually laid, instead.  Harry and I haven't exactly been on good terms for the past two weeks.  Every little thing that either of us did and we were instantly arguing.

I stood up and grabbed the small blanket and the foot of our bed.  After wrapping the blanket around me, I walked around the house to find Harry.  After five minutes of searching our house twice I remembered he had to go to the studio today.  Sighing, I looked at the clock to see the time.  I was surprised that I was able to sleep in today.

I grabbed a towel from our closet and took a long, hot shower.  After getting dressed and ready, I drove to Panera to get Harry and I both some tea and a bagel for breakfast.  With little thought, I decided to get the other boys a bagel too, knowing they would be hungry from being at the studio since early morning.

The drive to the studio didn't take as long as I expected today.  The traffic wasn't too bad right now with everyone at work.  Being a nurse, I was able to choose my hours so I decided on taking twelve hour shifts three days a week.  So I usually had four days off each week unless they called me in for either overtime or if someone had called out.  Harry also enjoyed that I had half of the week off too so he was able to spend more time with me.

I pulled into an empty parking lot and grabbed our breakfast and tea.  Julie, at the front desk, opened the door for me when she noticed the trouble I was having.

"Thank you so much, Julie." I smiled.  "Couldn't open it with everything in my hands." I giggled.

"It's not a problem, (y/n).  Here to see Harry?" She smiled.

"That I am!" I chirped.

"You two are adorable.  He's in the studio now.  They've been at it since four this morning." She frowned.

"They must be tired.  Thanks again, Julie.  It was good seeing you again."

"You're welcome!  Hopefully you can tell them they need to rest.  Haven't listened to me at all."

"Noted," I giggled and walked to the elevator.  The ride up wasn't too bad.  Once the doors opened, I walked to the studio room and struggled to open the door again but somehow managed.

"Hey, (y/n)!" Louis greeted and ran over to help me with the food.

"Thank you, Louis." I said and hugged him when my hands were free.  "I have food for all of you.  It's only a bagel though." I frowned when I realized that it wasn't much for them.  They were probably really hungry.

"You're an angel." He said and kissed my cheek.  "Let me just get the boys."  I nodded and pulled out the bagels while he went to get the other three.

"(Y/n)!" Niall and Liam ran over and both squeezed me in their arms.

"Hey guys!" I tried to hug them back but my arms were trapped.  "I have bagels. You can grab one." I said.

"Thank you!" They said and went to grab their food.  When I noticed Harry wasn't coming out I frowned and turned to Louis.

"You okay, love?" He came over and placed a hand on my shoulder.

"Is Harry not here?"

"He is.  You can just go through those doors." He pointed to the brown wooden doors at the other side of the room.

"Thanks again," I smiled and walked over to see Harry.

"Harry?" I called when I opened the door.

"Over here," he called.  I looked to my right and saw him seated in front of the microphone.

"I brought you tea and a bagel." I said and walked over to him.  I wrapped my arms around him from behind and rested my head in the crook of his neck.  He continued to stare at the mic without saying another word to me.

"Baby?" I called.  He turned his head a little but then looked away after only a second.

"Thanks.  You can leave now." He suddenly spoke up.  I pulled away from him and stood in front of him.

"Excuse me?" I crossed my arms.

"I said thanks but you can le-"

"No, I know what you said.  I'm tired of the arguing.  I haven't done anything except come here to see you and you're already trying to start an argument." He didn't say anything back.  Just continued to stare at the mic.  "You know what, fine!  Enjoy you're time, don't expect me to be home when you get to the house!" I yelled and stormed out of the room.

The boys were already staring at me when I exited the studio.  They frowned at me, which meant they heard me yelling.

"I'll see you guys later.  You three can split my tea and bagel somehow.  Just make sure he eats and drinks his tea?" I sighed and picked up my cross over bag.

"(Y/n), we can-" Louis started but I cut him off.

"It's fine, Louis.  Really." I tried my best to give him my best smile.  "Try to have a good rest of the day, yeah?" I smiled and left the room.

I quickly walked to the elevator and clicked on the button to go down.  Just as the door opened, I heard the door that I had just left open.  I looked over to see Harry looking around until he saw me.  His face softened and he slowly walked over to me.

The elevator doors opened and I walked in and closed the doors instead of dealing with him.  Julie smiled at me when she saw me exit the elevator and told me goodbye.

As I was about to open the door I heard my name being called.  I looked behind me to see Harry walking out of the elevator beside the one I was in.  Deciding not to deal with him, I walked out of the building.  Harry was grabbing my arm seconds after I went through the doors.

"Let go, Harry." I tried to pull my arm away but he only tightened his grip.

"Let me apologize." He said.

"Absolutely not.  I'm done with the apologizing right after an argument."

"I'm sorry, (y/n)."

"Sometimes a sorry isn't enough."  I pulled my arm from him and stomped to the car.  I stepped on the road, completely unaware of the traffic.  As I was about to turn to get to the driver side of the car, another car passed my me causing me to jump back in fright.

"(Y/n)!" Harry yelled and ran over to me.  He pulled me away from the road and pulled me into his arms.  I grabbed onto his shirt and held it tight, not wanting to let him go.  "Baby," he breathed out.

"I'm sorry." I said and cuddled into his chest.

"You have no reason to be sorry.  I should be sorry." He stroked my hair and tightened his grip on me.  "If you would've gotten hit the last thing we would've had together was that argument.  I want to stop arguing." He mumbled into my neck.

"And we'll stop.  Let's go back inside and eat, yeah?" I smiled and kissed his cheek.

"Yeah, let's do that." He smiled.  His fingers interlaced with mine.  The way back to the studio, he kissed my hand and repeatedly told me he loved me.

* Sorry I haven't updated in a couple weeks.  I had an essay that was due this past Thursday and it really needed to get done.  It was a test grade so I had to stay off of here for a little while.  But I'm back and I have two weeks off!!  Updates, updates, updates is all there will be!! *
