"Joaquin, where should I put this?" para talaga akong kumakausap sa hangin.

"Hey Joaquin, are you alright?"

"Im so happy"

"Huh?" then he stood up.

"Thank you! Thank you so much Louizsa!" I felt the joy he is longing kaya napangiti nalang din ako. He hugged me and so do I.

"No problem" Bumitaw sya sa pagkakayakap sa akin.

"Basta, let's do this well okay?" Nag-nod nalang ako sa kanya.

"Louizsa, let's go! Matagal ka pa ba dyan?"

"Ito na!" Inayos ko lang yung buhok then im all set.

I took another glimpse of myself. Oh geez! Why am I so pretty? Oh well, we'll be having dinner together with his family.

"What took you so long?" Bungad agad nya sa akin.

"Can you just praise me instead?" sabay irap sa kanya.

"Fine. You look stunning with that dress."

"Well then, thank you. Let's go" Inunahan ko na sya sa paglalakad.

We started walking along the way to the pavillion. We walk in silence yet it is not awkward. It's been a year since I got the time to visit the beach thanks to Joaquin. Ever since he was gone, I forget how to have fun, relax and just sit somewhere and enjoy everything. My life was taken as he left me. How I miss those days.

"What are you thinking?" I looked at Joaquin for interrupting me. I just smiled at him.

"Whoa! You just.. Smiled at me?" nawala yung ngiti ko at tiningnan sya ng pataray.

"I didn't!"

"No you just smiled at me. I saw it." Nagpatuloy nalang ako sa paglalakad at iniwan sya. Napangiti nalang ako ulit.

Joaquin stopped as we enter the pavillion and looked at me.

"Okay Louizsa, just be yourself. My family is quite---"

"Relax Joaquin."

"I can't. Kinakabahan ako sayo." tinaasan ko sya ng kilay.

"Hey, it's you who got me into this situation... Relax would you?"

"Fine, just don't do things para mabuko tayo."

"Tss, so annoying."

Pumasok na kami sa may Pavillion at sinalubong agad kami nung mommy nya.

"Oh they're here" Nakipagbeso-beso sa amin yung mommy nya.

"Hello iha." and his dad hugged me.

"Come on the food is about to served." dumiretso na kami sa pinakaloob.

"Have a seat" uupo na sana ako pero bigla naman akong inassist ni Joaquin. Nun maka-upo na ako binulungan ko agad sya.

"Wow! Gentleman." he glared at me.

"Ehem" napalingon kami sa harap.

"Oh hi Joaquin, muntik nyo na kaming makalimutan dito. Muntik lang talaga." Natawa naman yung parents nila. Ako naman bigla tuloy nahiya. "Ipapakilala mo naman sya sa amin. Be a man kid." pffff
