Lights camera action

I struggle to sit up while clutching my arm as blood oozed between my fingers. I reach for my phone on my nightstand and fumble with the password. I dial three numbers and hear the buzz of the receiver." Hello,911, what's your emergency?" A sickly sweet voice says." Two guys just came into my house and killed my family. What do I do?" I say as I hold back the tears that are about to overflow." Okay give me your address and I'll send an ambulance and some cops alright?" She says and waits for me to give her my address." 2430 Rayride Forest road." I say and hear typing as she enters it into her computer." Alright, help is on the way." She says and I hang up and drop the phone on my now bloody bed. I take a few wobbly steps to the door before having to lean against the wall to make sure I don't pass out. I head towards my parents room to see if  anyone else survived. The door was open a little with blood at the bottom edges. The smell of blood fills my nostrils as I open the door.

My hands shake as I walk across the room to my parents bed. I look at my loving mother's eyes glazed over and blood trickling from the bullet lodged in her forehead. My knees buckled as I burst into tears and I let my head fall onto the bed. I look up and see dads mouth open in a silent scream. I take and shaky breath and get up. Pain radiates from my shoulder as I walk out of my now deceased parents room. I pass Sarah's room, not even bothering to look because if she was alive she would be crying for mom to hold her or dad to tell her it's okay.

Red and blue lights flash through the window as I numbly walk through the halls as I picture all the times that I spent here. The sound of the front door slamming against the wall shocks me out of my daze. Police rush in with medics on their heels. I'm at the bottom of the steps when they find me. By now my vision is blurry around the edges and blood was dripping off my fingertips. They quickly get me out and on a gurney in an ambulance. My hand leaves a handprint on the white fabric as I let it drop to my side.After I don't know how long they finally let me close my eyes and let me escape from this horrible reality.

I'm standing in the middle of a blood red desert. Obsidian mountains loom in the background as a red and black sky  rumble above me. The red sand seems endless as I start to walk. I look behind me for a second and see the mountains coming closer. I start to run and it seems as if the mountains are even closer. I run for at least a couple minutes before I trip. I spit sand out of my mouth and I then notice a pond the same color as everything else here. I glance behind me and the mountains are about to crush me. I take a deep breath and plunge head first into the liquid. Sticky warmness, blood,surrounds me as I try to find the way up. I find up and start to swim for to the surface. As my fingers almost brake the surface something thick wraps around my waist and I fight to get free. My lungs start to burn as the thing drags me under. My lungs are now on fire as blood goes into my nose and chokes me and I open my mouth trying to scream but only more blood fills my mouth and all I can taste is a metallic tang. Suddenly I drop onto a grassy hill next to a tree. I take deep breaths and cloud up blood until I end up dry hacking. I stand up and look around and just see a endless grass field. I look at the tree and see my mom,dad, and Sarah standing there. I start to run to them but then they start to cough blood onto the ground and I pause. They collapse and I run to them but it seems instead of getting closer I end up getting farther away. I then have a wave of sleepiness and I drop to my knees. My eyes close and the last thing I see is my family's mangled bodies in front of me.
