CHAPTER 9

Justin didn't have a plan, he thought it was enough sharing his feeling. But before this, as Alfredo had suggested, he should have been the - perfect maid of honour - and, if he was as lucky as Patrick, he would have gotten his lady. This was the only chance he had.

Now he was inspired, really inspired, so he took his guitar and tried to make a song but it didn't come out as he wished so he preferred to play it on the piano. It was an acoustic, easy, romantic, exciting and original song titled "our last chance".

It was a song that could make cry every girl, but he didn't know if his Selena was going to appreciate it. He worked really hard, the song was stunning. The piano's solo in the middle of the song was incredible.

The sentences were sweet and full of love. Just the excerpts make us dream.

When Scooter heard it he was amazed so he proposed Justin to record it and launch that single but Justin didn't want to. The song was really intimate so he didn't want to share it with the world but anyway he had to record it because of an idea he had. Record it just for him and Selena.

He ran to the recording-studio and sang it. It was such an acoustic version so he recorded it quickly. Then Justin called her and begged her to stay with him that night. < I need you to explain me better the maid's stuff > he lied.

He also called Mandy because he wanted her to convince Selena to go with him, for a crazy thing.

Everything was perfect. He had 8 days to make her fall in love again, as the first time. If Selena was fallen once, it was possible to make her fall in love again. It wasn't easy and he knew it, but " Selena or nothing " that was his - motto-.

The "date" was at 9pm, Selena arrived at home at 8pm. Her mom had prepared her luggage, Selena was confused.

< what?! You two are crazy! > exclaimed Selena once she was told about the plane. She was truly disappointed. < Mom I cannot believe you're with him! >

Mandy talked to her and, as Justin thought, she convinced the daughter.

< I swear that when you'll come back, everything will be ready for the big day > affirmed Mandy < you need a holiday Sel. Just a short one with a close friend of yours >

Selena didn't know why, but she accepted. And she was even excited! In one hour she had to have a shower and wear something nice. She had no idea of where Justin was going to bring her.

" It'll be a normal date " she said to herself " no, neither a date. It'll be a holiday between old friends!" she continued thinking "..what am I saying?! I can't lie to myself anymore. I have to say to Justin to stay away from me until I get married or it'll be a big mess! "

Selena was in trouble. She should have said to Josh what she was going to do but she didn't. She was too concentrated on preparing herself for the night.

When Justin arrived he was literally amazed, again. Her beauty was something indescribable.

But the compliment he made her wasn't that bad, thought Selena. She appreciated it a lot, but she had to pretend it wasn't real.
