No its not possible. It can't be possible. Jack can't like me. I just met him a few hours ago. How can that be? I don't know. The bell rings and everyone starts rushing in.

"Josh?!?" I asked surprised. "What are you doing here?'

"Did you forget that I've been going to this school. What are you doing here?"

"Oh thats true. Im in honor classes," I tell him.

"Oh that explains it. I can't believe that you forgot I went to this college," he says

"Yea me too," I say laughing. Josh took a seat to the left of the room.

"Ok quiet down now class." the Professor says. "So I'm Professor Scimeca. Today Im going to tell you about our school and how your next 4 or years are going to go. Also whats going to happen in class."

"Great," someone says groaning. " Hey! How long is this class?" Sounds much like Maya. I look over and oh look it is her. Of course she wold ask that. Im kinda surprised that she's in honors classes.

"Let me see." the Professor says looking for her schedule. " This class ends at 1:00" Maya groans. I laugh. I look over at Lucas and see that he's drawing.

"Hey, let me see this." I say grabbing the notebook from his hand.

"uh....no....Riley...." he stumbles.

"Woah. I had no idea you could draw," I say dumbfounded.

"yea..." he says looking down

"Who's this tho?'' I ask him.

"Its my mom. She passed away a few months ago." he says holding back tears.

'Lucas...."

"She died of a brain tumor"

" Im so so sorry. It must be tough." I say, a frown forming on my face.

"Yea. I try not to talk about it or remember her because when I do, I cry. I can't believe she's gone," he says a tear falling from his right eye. I wipe it away and pull his chin up.

"Hey, if its one thing I know for sure, its that I know that in the end....everything will be alright." I say half smiling. He smiles.

" I dont deserve you. How did I get so lucky?"

"Yes you deserve me. I don't even know how I got so lucky?"

"Whhhhat," he says smiling. I laugh.

"Im so lucky I have you." he says.

"Me too," I say.

"Ok class that's enough. So this is Literature class. Our first assignment is reading a series. The book series Divergent. The following books are Insurgent and Allegiant," the professor states.

Ring! Ring! Ring!

The bell rang. Everyone got up and left. I got my books and before I left, I checked my schedule. My next class is Math Strategies, Room 107. I wait for Lucas outside. I see him come out with Jack. They're laughing. They walk pass me, not even noticing me. What's going on? Lucas doesn't ignore me.

Or at least that's what I thought.
