Being dead isn't easy. It's quite confusing actually. I'm a drifting soul, that is stuck between the after life and the living. So I can live with the living with one exception, I can't interfere with their lives. If you've ever wondered why you don't see ghosts that often, this is why. If they interfere, there is a huge punishment. That's if you get caught, which I don't. It's hard not too, they're so confused when their book goes missing and they find it in the bath tub. I used to be like that when I was alive.

"Xav, where's the tickets?" He shrugged trying to hit me with his pillow. "Cut it out! We need to find the tickets or we'll miss the movie!" He stopped and began to search like his life depended on it. By the time we had searched the place from head to toe his mother, Sierra, had asked if we were ready to go about five times.

"Look Ten, We're beyond late already so there's no point in trying to find them now." We both collapsed on the couch in exhaustion.

"Your right." I sighed and leaned my head on his shoulder as he wrapped his arm around my shoulders. "I wanna go swimming." He nodded and headed to grab us a couple of towels as I got changed.

As we slowly made our way down to the lake hand in hand I noticed a piece of paper in a familiar hiding place. I dropped his hand and ran to the rabbit hole where my sister, Scarlett, and I used to hide things. I stuck my hand in the rabbit hole and pulled out the paper finding the two movie tickets we were searching for earlier. "Oh my gosh." I turned my head to find Xavier standing behind me gobsmacked. "How did they get all the way out here?" I shook my head.

"I have no clue." I screwed them up in my hand and shoved them in my short pockets. I just put the incident down to my forgetful mind. But it always niggled in the back of my memory. When I died I saw Scarlett and realized it was all her doing.
