Agnes

The party has started and CJ is nowhere to be found.

Pat told me to stay close to her while CJ isn't here. Eventually minutes later at nakita ko na rin si CJ. He is standing right there in the corner between the buffet table and the dessert table. He looks captivating in his maroon-colored tuxedo.

I smiled as I saw him see me.

He walked towards me. Now I can properly describe what he looks like tonight. Like I said he's wearing a maroon colored tux with gold tie, it matches the dress I'm wearing. He looks neat with his black hair.

"Good evening my lady" he said and flashed a smile. I smiled back.

"And good evening to you too gentleman" I laughed.

He offered me a hand and I shyly accepted.

Now his right arm intertwines with my left arm.

"Shall I walk you to our table?" he asked and I nodded. 

We both walk together towards our designated seats. As a gentleman he aided me as I took my seat by proper etiquette.

"Asan ba ang birthday celebrant?" he asked.

"He'll appear once the hostess introduce him" I answered.

In the round table there are only four people seated. That is me, CJ, Pat and Bailey, CJ's manager. In the middle of the table is a boquet of white lilies and daisies. The table cloth is draped with sillver crystals. The theme must be white and crystals.

White is Mr. Edgar's favorite color. Since the celebrant isn't here yet there are painist keeping us entertained. They played melodic pieces and the pianist is accompanied by a violin. Which makes a perfect combination.

"How's your training by the way?" I asked CJ for a topic to talk about.

"Okay lang naman. Honestly I can't wait to make a debut."

"Normally it take several years of training but you really have the talent CJ. I'm sure it'll be successful." I smiled.

"Sana nga."

Bigla naman may lumapit na isang lalaking may hawak ng camera.

"ANI can I take a picture with your partner?" he asked.

"Ofcourse." I said.

Lumapit ako ng kaunti kay CJ. The photographer said closer and so I did. So I placed my right arm behind his back and he placed his arm around my waist.

As the photographer walked away mabilis niyang tinangal ang kamay niya sa bewang ko.

"Sorry." he said. I can feel him getting embarassed.

"Okay lang. This is work." I reminded him.

We need to make my fans curious about him. That photo will be seen in the newspaper distributed around the country tomorrow. Photos of the two of us will spread like wildfire. Which will be a good thing. For him.

It'll be a problem with me.

Why? Scandals.

People will spread rumors that we have a relationship. That's the least of my problems. For now.

"Wait here I'll get a glass of champagne" paalam ni CJ

I nodded and he stood up to get drinks while I sat here quietly listening to one of Debussy's popular piece, Clair de Lune.
