Dear YN,
I have to admit I was surprised when I saw a letter waiting for me in my quarters. Considering the conditions I'm living in, I never thought I'd receive something as presumptive as a letter from someone who claims to be from a world that's"realities away."
For all I know, this could be a prank or some kind of trick from someone I know. But in any case, I won't loose anything if I simply write back, right?
Besides, it might be a productive pastime for me.
What can I say? I'm too stressed out right now.
Being a fictional character is a pretty tough job. You have expectations to live up to and sometimes life-threatening adventures to live through. You have no idea what's gonna happen and how the storyline plays through....or when you're time is up. It's pretty terrifying.
At least now I have something to look forward to do and something to distract me from all that stress.
How I'll be able to send this to you and how you'll be able to reach this letter is beyond me.
But I'll be looking forward to your next letters soon.
Always waiting,
FCN
