I stumbled upon a book called 'A Loan Of Five Rupees' by
The book was the most simple and sweet love story I've read so far <3 I throughly enjoyed reading it ^_^ If you want to refresh yourself with a simple love story then do check out her book.
P.s the picture in the media is actually a rabbit made by my second daughter on wattpad @Felicity014***
"Nathalia" I felt someone sit beside me. I didn't turn around to face the person next to me.
"Don't worry I won't judge you. I am special after all; I know how it feels when someone judges you. People judge me all the time. It used to get hurt at first but then I don't feel anything. What I came here to say is not to make you stop crying but to let you cry as much as you can."
I looked at Nivea through tear stained eyes to see if she was joking with me but she snatched the handkerchief in my hands.
"Crying does not mean you are weak, it proves that one has strong feelings. You are a very strong girl but sometimes crying makes one feel better about themselves. All your bottled up feelings come out but then there will be a point in your life when you muster up so much courage you just don't cry anymore."
I waited for Nivea to continue but she just gave me her signature blank look but then a tiny part of her lips lifted up to form a crooked smile.
"Sorry if you are expecting a hug because I don't do hugs. I can only talk to you because I am good at talking."
I managed to laugh at Nivea's comment. She seemed like a really nice person who gets misunderstood by people soon.
"If you ever feel the need to talk then don't come to me because I never allow anyone to talk. Talking is my profession so anyone who is next to me can only listen but not reply as I don't give the other person an opportunity to open their mouth."
Nivea kept rambling but immediately shut up when Ankit shoved a lollypop in her mouth.
"I know you are feeling down and all but please go back inside. You haven't met your dad yet."
What was this idiot blabbering?
"You met uncle Nitesh. Uncle Shahid was inside his room when you rang the door bell." Nivea spoke while sucking the lollypop in her mouth.
Wait wait wait, so there was a look alike of my dad?
"Come on hurry up." Ankit pulled me up so I followed him inside the house.
A house, whose owner had shut the door on my face.
When I entered inside I was met with a grinning Rajiv, confused Lee and a sad Bobby.
Why the mixed reactions by these people?
"Where is my niece?" the person who had shut the door on my face walked into the hall, he was poking his walking stalk everywhere while making his way over to me.
"She is here Papa." Ankit pushed me to my new uncle who threw his walking stick on the ground then caught me in his arms.
He began to run his fingers over my face. It seemed like he was trying to scan my features but he stopped moving his fingers above my eyes.
"I wish so badly that I could see you. I have to bend down to pat you so that means you are really tiny. Why couldn't you get a good height like your old man aye? He is 6'6 and you are like only 5'5."
I chuckled when he bent down to lay emphasis about my height.
"I just hope you haven't inherited any trait from your mother. No offence to any ladies out there but that woman has damaged my nerve cells but your dad keeps saying that she is a nice woman who is misguided. Misguided my arse! My brother is the most stupid man on this planet if you ask me."
