IM REALLY SORRY I HAVEN'T UPDATED!!
It's summer and I've been out with my family now that people are visiting and I have been going out with friends and I've just been really busy, So I'm so sorry this is short. Forgive me!:P
Liam's P.O.V
Leaving Louis with Alissa was the last thing I had wanted to do. Worried doesn't even describe how I feel right now. It's not that I don't trust Louis enough, I trust him with everything. Just not this.
My knee was bouncing up and down with nerves, I was tempted to call them to see if everything was ok, but Harry, who was sat in the drivers seat, told me it would be best to leave them be so they can work things out. I nodded, still not settling down.
"I think we should go back." I muttered biting my lip, "I feel like something bad is going to happen.
"Calm down Li, everything fine, Louis promised not to leave the house with her so it's ok." Harry reassured me.
"He doesn't have to be out of the house to hurt her." I snapped back, narrowing my eyes at Harry.
"Guys stop," Niall said from the back seat, "We just need to go to this stupid gathering then we can go back, we will only be an hour tops."
I sighed sinking back in my seat. I tried to tell the boys that if we brought Alissa to the 'vampire' gathering we could watch out for her, but they reminded me she was human, and humans and vampire don't seem to mix very well.
Many people don't know about the monthly meetings, we call them gatherings, each area has one. All vampires will meet once a month, some to do bad things, some just go so they don't get in trouble. Atleast one vampire from each living group must attend. Simple as. The meeting leaders (governs is what we refer to them as) need to know about everything. Alissa is one of those things, but I made the boys promise not to mention a word. If they found out about her Alissa would be taken away, not to be set free but to work or to be killed. It wasn't fair, everyone knows that, but there is nothing we can do. Keeping her a secret was a dangerous risk, but it was a risk I was willing to take, I promised her she would be safe, and I don't break my promises, especially with her.
We informed the govern office that Louis wasn't coming to the gathering. We lied, which again was a way of getting yourself in trouble but, it needed to be done. We had told them Louis was weak, that he hadn't drank in a while. They accepted the excuse, and told us that he had to attend a private meeting with others who where not able to attend, in the future.
"Liam we're here." I opened my eyes, not realizing that I had dozed of. I looked to Harry noticing he had a worried smile on his lips. I lifted my arm, putting it around his shoulders and pulling him closer so that his head was on my shoulder.
"It'll be fine Haz." I whispered, rubbing up and down his arm with my hand, trying to reassure him.
He looked up at me, "Are you sure, li?" I nodded smiling slightly.
"C'mon guys we need to go." I heard Zayn say.
"Yeah, c'mon harold." I chuckled. He smiled gently, pushing open the door and stepping out.
I felt nerves building up in as we walked to the building where the gathering would be held, now that we had a secret, one wrong move could ruin everything.
