Chapter 6

    "What do ya'll want from me?" I asked, while my hands were up in a fist.
"We don't want anything, but to return you to Dimka," he said with his accent. I was trying to figure out what country he was from. It sounded Romanian or something, it was foreign.
   "I think you have the wrong person!" I said through gritted teeth.
"No your the right one Dhampir girl.", her eyes turned red and she had fangs they weren't as long and sharp as the bartender but it was there.
   "I'm gonna make a phone call to the council, and let them know we found Rosalina Evangeline Cuza" he nodded and he walked elsewhere.
Me and the girl name Cleo was face to face, she looked a little young a year or three younger than me.
    "Why me?" I asked, before I kill my victim I might as well get information from them.
"Because we're returning you home plus your funny" the bartender came back.  "But In the meantime, your bloods divine, like wine. Don't you think Cleo?" The guy turned to Cleo and smirked. They both had this mischievous grin plastered on their face, and I would love more than ever to smack it off.
"I can smell it from over here." She purred like a cat, then sniffed the air "I've been wanting a sip ever since I glanced at you, you smell better than those pathetic humans" she whispered in my ear. Are they high?
  The guy grabbed me by my shoulders, revisiting I pushed him off, and he flew back. The girl charged at me, I slammed her on the ground, it was so hard that there might have been cracks on the ground. The guy charged at me once more, and this time I was well prepared. I took on both of them at once, I loved the urge, and the intensity. Yea I feared them but dad taught me to not let my fear get the best of me. Well until they both had me down , the guy opened his mouth and I saw those fangs and he almost sunk his teeth into my neck until... There was a rumble behind the tree. Then it stopped. I heard a fast voom, as cool wind flew bast my face. Then again I heard another voom as the bartender got hit and fell down to the ground, dropping me in the process.
  I heard another and Cleo's head fell off.
I gasped as her head flopped right in front of me. 
   "Asswhole"  the bartender hissed, as he stood up, "where are you, show yourself!" He shouted with that accent.
     He stood in a position ready to fight, "come on Alix, you cant fight me, stand your ground give me the girl and you won't get hurt" instantly I knew who it was.
  "Bastian you bastard."  Alix muttered, The guy from the party showed himself, he was behind an oak tree. The tree was pretty close, I could see him clearly. He didn't look at me once but i couldn't stop looking at him. He captivated me.
"Alix my old friend" The guy started walking towards us. "You know it will be ashame if I have to return your head to Dimka" he said, then looked at the girls head  in front of me, he smiled not an angelic smile, no. He was a monster and that wicked smile on his face was there to prove his evil.
"Sebastian we're suppose to be working together, you know he'll want her" he said.
     "I don't care what Dimka wants with her, he's not having her. None of them are having her"
"Why?" Alix asked. It didn't take him that long to come up with an assumption. He smiled proudly, satisfied with himself. "You want her. I think you've gone mad. She will never be yours and also Dimka will never approve."
   "I don't care" Sebastian smirked. "She's whatever I want her to be. And she will comply"
"You did something to her didn't you?" Alix asked, "you can't be with her, she belongs to Elijah. She's not yours. He'll kill you if he knew what you did" Alix face changed at the thought of him doing something to me.
"Elijah won't want her, he's already had his turn."  Sebastian said nonchalantly. It bothered me that they were talking about my behalf in front of me. "Plus I didn't do anything, she did"  Sebastian said, and Alix looked at me, and barring me.
"She has control over you?" He asked.
"No, We're meant to be. We both made that bond, that connection. Therefore she can't be Elijah's. I think he'll understand" Sebastian said with his head strung high with hope.
   "How would you know? They were destined Sebastian. Don't interfere or her father will kill you"
    "He can't kill me. He's in dept to me. Let's consider this as me cashing in my check." Sebastian smile increased.
"There's no cash to check in Bastian!" Alix sounded scared. "He's going to kill us all. My people aren't going to die for your mistakes again" Alix lips quivered.
"Your people?" Sebastian asked. I looked over at Cleo head, and then I looked away quickly.
   "Yea my people, the people that was slaughtered in your behalf. Your foolish Sebastian. You left to what find a girl that will never fall in love with you again because she doesn't know the truth." Again? I questioned myself.
   "I left for my own reasons,"
    "The King has a search party for you. Your a fugitive Sebastian. And you know what we do to fugitives" Alix smirked, and so did Sebastian. "I'm powerful and older, you might want to pick a fight with someone elsewhere." Sebastian said.
"Like someone my size?" Alix asked with a massive smile.
"Exactly." Alix launched at me wrapping his arms around me as his fangs hung over my neck, ready to make an incision.
"Hurt her and you'll die." Sebastian said stepping forward. Sebastian was overly protective of me and right now that's what I needed.
"Come closure then she'll die."  He placed his mouth closure, his hot breath was streaking my neck in a perverted and creepy way.
"Alixander Stop!" Sebastian said through gritted teeth.
"Then go back, as a fugitive. I have human family in Romania that I have to feed. Turn yourself in."
"Fine." Sebastian said, giving in really fast. "But first..." Sebastian said and charged at Alix, he grabbed me and threw me to the side like I was a piece of paper. When Alix got to his feet, they both flew over. Sebastian didn't have any problem getting Alix down to the ground. He pushed him and Alix flew up and landed on his feet. Bash got up to his feet instantly.
"Your going to die not matter what Sebastian, let her go and I will spare your life."
Sebastian went silent for a minute, "like you said I'm going to die no matter what, I might as well die saving her from the family's uncanny ways. I don't care if Demetrie comes for me, by all means he should."
"She's the very first Dhampir Bastian, let her go I'm begging you" he sounded scared.
"Alix, I cant. And I won't" he said sincerely. He sprinted towards him. Alix put up a hell of a fight, I heard a gasp and his hand was in his chest touching his heart. I closed my eyes I didn't want to look. I knew exactly what happened, and his next move.
It plopped right in front of me.
Tears were coming down.
"Rosalina" he said softly, i couldn't stop crying. When I opened my eyes and looked at him, I saw my future with him.
"Rosa" he kneeled down next to me "are you okay?"
I was in shock, I wasn't sad neither was I angry. I just didn't know what to feel. I hate how I wasn't in control with myself. I felt useless.
"Rosalind?" He asks once more. I stared into his eyes.
"Why did you kill them?" I asked.
"Because... I will never let anyone hurt you, or put you in the position that you can't handle. Because I believe in love at first sight and I do believe that without you in my world life will mean nothing."
Alix heart laid on the ground with blood splattered everywhere. Cleo's head on the ground also. I closed my eyes and dropped the branch and walked away.
"Where are you going?" He asked as he ran after me.
"I'm lost!" I said. "I don't understand my purpose and now you come along and your just like me but I can't explain it!" I was rambling on and on. He stood in front of me. He placed my hands into his. I pulled it away and looked him in the eyes. I placed my hands on his cheek. "Is this real?" I asked, and he kissed the palm of my hand.
I touched his heart, once again zero heartbeat. I couldn't help it, I pulled him closer and kissed him.
My body reacted to him differently, I just couldn't keep away.
"I want you." I whispered in his ears and he held me tighter.
