Chapter Six: Warnings, Dimwits and Extra Champions

(the twins, always a good laugh.)

A lot has happened over the last couple of weeks, in defense of dark arts class Professor Moody had each of us try to resist the Imperius curse nobody but Harry could resist, I on the other hand was a completely different story, when he cast it on me I fell unconscious I was in a dark place but it felt good then I wonder, Did I die? The feeling felt so nice that I didn't care. Suddenly a figure appear but they were cloaked in a bright light. "Don't. Resist the spell." A familiar voice said. I started to focus more on that stranger. "Who are you?" I asked hoping for an answer there was a pause then she said, "You will find out soon enough but right now I need your help. That teacher is not what he seems." "What do mean?" I asked her confused. "Please, trust me. I need to talk to an old friend that's here." I debated if I should trust this person but remembered she did save Sirius so I said sigh, "Alright but who is your friend?" She smiled telling me, "You'll see." Suddenly there was a flash of light.

                                                              Jorden's POV

I was fucking pissed off, What the fuck? I knew it! I knew I should have told Dumbledore about this mother fucker! But no I had to think this was his dumb ass teaching method and I can't do anything now! God damn it! The kids were freaking out because instead of doing something stupid she was fucking knocked out. So I asked him, "So did you accidentally use the cruciatus curse or something?" I asked him nonchalant because I didn't want to show him my true feelings about the situation. He snapped with, "No, I know my spells,Hohnsen. Do you?" I wanted to kick his smart ass right in his fucking dirty whore mouth but I stayed calm. (Surprising) Anyway for a while she didn't do anything she just layed there motionless suddenly she sprouted up, but for a second her eyes looked darker but I shooked my head thinking it was just me. I had Hermione took her to the hospital wing since she was out so long. After a few days I had a horrible nightmare that had woken in the middle of the night in a cold sweat. I then made decided that it was best for both of us.

                                                                             Hermione's POV

I was taking Tiger to the hospital wing when I notice that she seemed to be looking for something. "Tiger,Is everything alright?" "Yes Molly, i'm fine." My eyes widen I then pin her against the wall demanding what she had done to Tiger. She simply told me, "Please I can't tell you much but I can tell you this, I am a friend. This child lent me her body to see an old friend I know. Please, I don't have much time." I was debating if she was lying or not but if she was telling the truth then this could be serious. I sighed telling her, "Alright but if you are lying and you are really harming my friend then you will pay!" She smiled and said, "I know you're a really good friend." I was shocked but composed myself following her to a classroom door. She knocked on the door there was a faint come in. She then said, "I think it would be best if you stay out here." It was almost as read my mind because she followed it by, Please, trust me on this." I looked her face then sighed, "Alright." I told her but I was still worried. Who's classroom was this?

                                                                 Tiger's POV

I was surrounded by darkness but I could see what was in front of me I was getting up my cousin then said while pointing at Hermione, "Hey you! Go take her to the hospital wing will you!?" She nodded then grabbed my arm I then found myself looking for someone suddenly I was pinned against the wall by Hermione she was talking but I couldn't hear her. I notice that I said a few words soon she let me go then we began to walk down the hallways I notice from a corner that Hermione was still glancing at me once once and a while. We soon made it to a classroom were Hermione was asked to stay out she was silent but then threaten the lady she smiled said something and went inside there sat Professor Snape he then looked up, "Hello Miss Hohnsen, is your cousin is not with you?" I then notice that professor Snape's facial expressions changed alot while talking to this mysterious person it change from shocked to happy to sorrowful to anger to finally settling on neutral. I was amazed to see he had that many emotions but he is friends with my cousin so Jorden had to at least seen some I thought to myself. Before I knew it I was at the door again, I then thanked Hermione for trusting me then asked her to catch me then it became dark. When I had woken up I was in the hospital wing my head was a little fuzzy but I could remember what happened earlier. Jorden was right next to me asking, "So you're finally up?" "Yeah." I told him while nodding my head he grinned telling me, "Well, welcome to the world of the living, baby cousin." "Shouldn't you be in class?" I asked him annoyed. "Shouldn't you be in class?" He said smart aleaky. "Touchè." I said smiling still grinning he told me, "Don't say that, I can't speak German." I frowned. "That's not funny." "Whatever, are you feeling better?" I sighed, "Yes. I am." "Come on, You one missed one of your classes but I think you can still make it to dinner. Actually there's something really interesting suppose to be going on tonight. Feel up to it?" He asked reaching for my hand I smiled taking his hand then we walked over to the great hall. When we made it there we went our separate ways I was with the Griffindors, in between Fred and George,I think I finally figured out the difference between them, Suddenly I was picked up then put over to someones shoulders, it was George's then Fred asked me, "How's the weather up there?" Unable to speak due to embarrassment I just nodded he then started to laugh I just blushed really hard I could see that Jorden glaring at them but to my surprise he didn't do anything to them even more surprising professor Mcgonagal came over and told then to tell them to knock it off and to ask me if I could return to my table. I nodded then went over I was a bit hesitant because I never really hanged out with my fellow Hufflepuffs before but a boy I recognize from a quidditch game last year offered me a spot next to him. "My name is Cedric Diggory. You may not remember me but you wished me and the other quidditch players good luck last year and that was very kind of you. What is your name?" "Tiger Hohnsen." I told him while shaking his hand. "Hey isn't that the assistant professors last name too?" He asked. "He's my cousin." I answered back as he commented, "It must be nice having a relative work here." "Eh, nice isn't the word I would use." I said sheepishly while he asked, "Really? How would you describe it?" "Hmm, I said while thinking about Jorden's "habits" it the castle, A lot of work, but it's nice have someone nearby you can go to for help." I finished with a smile. "That's really nice,Tiger." Suddenly a flying carriage came in after that a ship had submerged from the water, it was a sight to behold there stood the other students with their headmasters a lady who looked like she was about the size of Hagrid and a man with a cold glare I saw my cousin heading towards the lady I followed him to make sure he wasn't going to do anything but to my surprise and everyone around me he started speaking to her, "Bonjour madam Maxine." She looked over to him and said, "Vous comprendre français?" "Oui,je suis avec facilité si vous nècessitè contacter moi." I looked at the professors they were speechless even professor Dumbledore looked to be as they kept going she then said, "Merci, vorte prènom?" He then said, "Mon prètom est Jorden Hohnsen." Nodding she turned towards her students and said, "ècounter mon èlèves." Each of the Beauxbotons students looked at her she then said, "Ce homme est voilà à aider avec tout langue problèmes vous pouvoir comprendre." Once she finished they started to walk to the great hall as if nothing had happened I finally found Jorden, "What was that about?" I asked him. "Oh, I told her that she or any of her students needed any help around here that they could ask me." He said causally. "I didn't know that you could speak french." "Well there's alot of me you don't know, baby cousin but i'll tell you this one, I learned french from attending some muggle classes. We had to have a pen pal and mine was french. She taught me some words then some phrases soon enough she was sending me french books." "Do you still talk?" I ask curiously. "Yeah, we meet a few times back but other then that it's just been letters." He told me while we ate then it was time for bed, "Goodnight Jorden." I said to him. "Night, baby cuz." I smiled then fell asleep. The next day I was once again snatched by the twins, "Come on guys it's too early for this." I told them. "That is were you are wrong." Said George. "Because we're about to show you." Fred finished while we turned a corner to see a goblet with a circle around it. "What's that?" I asked when they finally stopped. "That our dear Tiger, is our goal." They told me at the same time. "It's not going to work." Said a familiar voice all three of us turned around to see Hermione behind us. "Oh really?" said Fred then George added. "And why that, Granger?" "Because this is an age line Dumbledore drew himself." "So?" They said at the same time bored. "So your plan is dim witted." "Exactly, we found the perfect way to put our names in that goblet. said George. "Yours to if you want ,Tiger." They offered at the same time with a wink. "N-No thank you, i'm good." "Well, all we only heard was a "good" out of you so we're doing it." George said with a huge smile. "Aww man." I mumbled. "You can thank us later." They said at the same time. "This is going to be the greatest thing we ever thought of. Ready Fred? Ready George? Bottoms up!" They said at the same time then jumped into the line. Nothing happened to them I could see my cousin watching he was trying to cover his grinning face while everyone cheered for Fred and George as they put their names and mine into the goblet, it worked for a second then it forced them out causing their potion effects to appear then they started fight I until I broke them up after that we headed to the hospital wing to have their beards shaved off. Jorden followed us for a bit making fun of the twins until we went in or he got bored, I don't know which one but I know everyone got a kick watching them. Later my cousin explained to my what the goblet and age line were for then during the halloween feast. It was now time to choose the champions,I was sitting with the twins trying to cheer them up. The first name was Victor Krum from Durmstrang I overheard Ron say that he was the seeker from the quidditch world cup, the next one was Fleur Delacour from Beauxbatons lastly it was Cedric Diggory a fellow Hufflepuff but suddenly another name came out of the goblet, it was Harry's name.
