Blair's POV
The blackness started to fade as I came to. Someone was holding my hand I knew it was Aidan I looked down to see him holding my hand and looking at the door.
"Have you been here a while?" I croaked out. He looked over and stood up.
"Here you must be thirsty" he said getting the cup of water and gently putting his hand on the back of my head between the pillow and putting the cup to my mouth. After a little he pulled the cup back.
"Better?" He asked concerned.
"Much." I whispered.
"How are you feeling?" He asked.
"Peachy" I grumbled. I moved over in the bed and patted it. Motioning for him to lay down. After I moved I felt a pang of pain shoot through my healing leg. He laid down and slowly sunk into the bed. I moved over s little more.
"Am I hurting you? I can move over...here I can just get—"
"I just moved over to give you more room." I said calmly putting my hand over his. He relaxed by my touch. My wolf purred. Ours. She said through my head proudly.  He wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me toward him slowly not wanting to hurt me. He nuzzled his head inbetween my neck and face.

"Blair......" he sighed.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"We found out where the rouges have been staying, Alpha Drew thinks it's best if we attack now...we will be leaving in the morning." My heart starts to race. Do not let him go! My wolf growls. "Nobody asked my opinion." I said trying to remain calm.
"...we need to attack now, Blair. If we don't the rouge pack might get larger...we can't risk that." He said.
"But I won't be there to fight." I say
"I will...and so will Drew and all of mine and his pack. We just wanted to see if you wanted your pack to tag along."
He has a point. I said to my wolf.
He could get hurt. We don't need that after our parents. She says worried.

I think with three packs he might be ok? I ask

I'm still worried. She says.

"Will Mike be going with?" I ask.
"No I have asked him to stay with you. I also hired a protecter for you. Her name is Nicolette." He says. I growl.
HE GOT US A PROTECTOR WITHOUT OUR CONSENT!!!!! My wolf growls.
I growl.
"Love, you will be fine." He says.
"You think I'm worried about me? I think this is to easy." I say trying not to freak out. I felt a pang of pain shoot through my leg again.
"Shit!" I grumble. Moving out of his arms to look at him.
"I don't think it's a good idea" I explained.
"I will be fine." He says confidently.
"If you say so" I say returning to his arms. Starting to fall asleep I hear him whisper in my ear. "I love you." Before I fall asleep completely.
