Pack Trials

Blair's POV
I woks up around 8am wrapped up in Slade's arms. The pack trials are going to start around 11:30am and everyone from all packs are expected to show up. Shewolves from Slades pack must be picked by him for me to go against during the trials so I can prove myself to the whole pack and I must pick out my men to go against Slade in the trials.

I slowly tried to remove Slade's arm from around my waist and get up but successfully failed. Me trying to move Slade only made him pull me back closer and let out a low growl.
"You gotta let go of me" I said.
"Never." he said hugging me tighter.
"We gotta get ready for today and I wanna get a head start on all of my paperwork." I sighed.
"Five more minutes please?" he groaned, nuzzling his face into my neck breathing in my scent.
"No we can't wait any longer or we'll be here all day" I said laughing. I moved his hands off of me and rolled out of bed. I got up and went into the bathroom to brush my teeth and looked in the mirror and saw my mark. I gasped.
It was beautiful. The marks where he had bit me were little crescent moons and everything about it just made me feel warm inside. Today had started off perfectly.
I finished getting ready for today settling on a pair of spandex shorts and a t-shirt w my running shoes and just put my hair into a braid and decided no make up because I'd be sweating during the trials, and make up and sweat didn't go well together.
Slade had finally gotten his lazy ass up and had put on black shorts and a grey t-shirt that hugged his body beautifully, so beautifully it made my mouth water. Ew. He came over and hugged me.
"We better get this show on the road, darling" He said nuzzling his face in my neck where his mark was.
I groaned. "Ugh I know. Breakfast first?" I asked like a little kid.
"Uhm obviously" he said kissing my cheek. "Let's go" He took my hand and we made our way to the kitchen.
He went behind the counter.
"And what can I get you, your majesty?" he said bowing like an idiot. I laughed.
"Frosted Flakes sound delicious." i said licking my lips.
"Keep licking your lips like that and we're gonna have a different morning." He slyly said pouring the cereal as i got the milk from the fridge.
"Oh will we now?" I said grabbing his butt from behind putting the milk down, and kissing his cheek. He let out a low growl.
"You just wait, you're gonna get it" he smirked.
"yea okay" i laughed.
After we ate breakfast I kissed him goodbye and headed to my office as he headed to his on a different floor. I already had a headache just thinking about all this damn paper work that had to get done before the trials could even take place. My only hope was to get it done as quickly as possible, notify all people who will take place in the trials and get them started by at latest 4:00pm and it was already 12:30pm so i had to hurry my ass up.

After about 45 mins i had gotten a good amount of men i thought would be a good fit, including my beta, Mikey. The people who i chose were some of our top fighters and some were just good average wolves. Although the trials took place only in human form and anyone who shifted would be disqualified. The objective of the trial was for the men i chose to distract the new member and fight with him or get him to chase them and the new members objective was to find the flag and bring it out of the woods, all within 40 mins if they didn't make it within 40 mins they were unworthy of being in the pack and needed to wait another 2 months to start the trials again.

I had chosen Derek, one of our top fighters, I had known since preK and he was a great guy. Next was Grayson and he was my childhood crush, but we became good friends after i got over myself in the fifth grade. Next was Jax, he was very sneaky, he was one of our top trackers, He could catch even the smallest of scents and keep it until he found the source. Then i threw Liam in there just for fun and the average wolves who i put in there consisted of Joe, Carter, Valentine, Mike, Patrick, & Luke. And lastly my beta Mikey was in there automatically.
After another 40 mins i had called each individual into my office and told them the rules and asked if they would abide by them and had them sign the contracts stating that they would participate in the trials.
