It was another quiet day in Arendelle, Elsa sat in her room at the windowsill, letting out a long sigh. Olaf had been walking by and he heard his "mother" let out the sigh. He slowly opened the door and peeked in, seeing his mom staring longingly out the window.
"U-uh, Elsa?" He asked quietly, fearing that Elsa was angry. She turned to face her little snowman child and a smile spread across her face.
"Yes Olaf?" She asked sweetly, trying to hide the sadness in her eyes.
"A-are you alright? You seem sad" his voiced shook as Elsa's expression changed to that of pain.
"No Olaf!" She exclaimed, pulling the snowman into a tight hug, "I'm not okay" she whispered into his snowy body. Olaf pulled himself free, feeling himself start to melt from her body heat.
"Well what's wrong?" Elsa wiped a tear away before speaking.
"Anna is so happy with Kristoff and I love seeing them so joyful but... I'm so lonely now that Anna has someone else to hang out with..." More tears flowed from the queens eyes. Olaf wiped them away with his stick fingers and smiled warmly at her.
"You'll find someone your highness, maybe sooner than you think" he reassured her. She sniffled but didn't say anymore, standing up as she headed to her bed.
"Thank you Olaf. I'm gonna get some rest now" Olaf nodded in understanding, leaving the queen to sleep in peace.
~~~Elsa's Dream~~~
Elsa was in a forested area, no humans in sight. She felt afraid but also peaceful. It was very quiet and she could almost feel all the beautiful colours enveloping her in a hug. Wait a second... There was no colour. The forest she was in was black and white. She looked around confused; where was the colour? Suddenly, there was a rustling noise from within the trees.
"Hello?" Elsa called out, looking in the direction of the sound.
"Hello" a voice resonated from all around her. She jumped a little and began to cower at the overwhelming sound. "Awe, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to spook ya" the voice said humorously then it burst into laughter. Elsa cowered more, her entire body shaking.
"Stop! Please, stop!" She cried out. The voice immediately stopped. An immensely bright light appeared, blinding Elsa for a few moments. When she recovered her vision, she saw a small, yellow floating triangle in front of her.
"Hey I was just playing a little joke" it said, glowing a little with each word. She stared at the triangle, bewildered. It had one eye and a small top hat with a little black bow tie.
"U-uummmm..." She tried to say something but only ended up humming.
"Hey lady? You okay?" He asked, a little fear appearing in his eye.
"Uh, y-yeah... Who or what are you?" Elsa asked the triangle, poking its centre area. The triangle giggled but quickly slapped her hand away.
"Don't do that... Anywho, the name's Bill, Bill Cipher" he extended his little arm, Elsa grabbing his hand tentatively.
"Elsa" she simply said.
"Oh I already knew that, I've been stalking you for a while now and know so many things about you. I know about the ice powers, the snow son, the sister, the loneliness, what you do in bed at night..." He stopped and stared at Elsa for her reaction. Her face had gone red and she looked down at the ground. Bill laughed and disappeared, leaving Elsa to look around wildly.
"H-hey! Where's you go?" The triangle laughed evilly, re-appearing behind the ice queen and spinning her around. She screamed and tried stop herself, but Bill had forced her to keep spinning. He grabbed onto her wrists, joining their spin. His eye shut in joy. Elsa moved her gaze onto Bill and just stared at him. She felt something inside her begin to stir as the two of them span wildly. She couldn't help herself from beginning to giggle, which quickly turned into wild laughter. Her eyes closed as she focused on the sounds of the wind rushing past her ears. Bill opened his eye and felt something inside him leap with joy to see Elsa smiling. And then there was her laughter; it was truly magic to the triangles ears. He had never heard something so beautiful. He had never felt this way; he was a demon, how could he? But here he was, feeling something inside him leap with joy. He stopped the spin, floating away from Elsa. She laughed for a few minutes before calming down and looking at Bill.
"Why'd we stop?" She asked innocently.
"Oh, u-h... I gotta go do something, sooooo... See ya later Snowflake!" He floated over and kissed her in the cheek (don't ask how) before disappearing, waking Elsa up in the process. Elsa stayed lying on her back thinking about Bill. That was just a dream... She thought glumly. She sat up and looked at her bedside table to see something. She saw a necklace with a golden triangle at the the end sitting there. She picked up the note next to it and read what it said; sorry I had to leave so suddenly sweetheart, dream demon stuff to do; I'll explain that next time we meet. Don't forget about me now!
~with love, Bill Cipher
A smile crept onto Elsa's face at the note. She put the necklace on, twiddling it between her fingers. Images of Bill filled her mind as she got up to perform her royal tasks for the day.
