Unknown pov

It was night and I was tired of the old man's complaining. So, I decided to go out and look at the moon. Whenever I saw the moon, I got the feeling of howling to my beloved who was brutally taken away from me. I loved her whole heartedly. She was my light. The way she moved when we hunted was just delicious, and I couldn't wait to have her in my arms again.

If she hadn't come into my life I don't know what I would have done. Maybe I would have turned dark. I was always on the edge to go evil, but when she came, it changed. I gained control. As long as I have her, I will never become like my father who was always drunk and did whatever he liked with whoever he liked.

I can still feel him beating me restlessly. He was a stupid bastard who killed his wife in front of his ten-year-old son, but I didn't have to go back to those dark places as long as she was around.

Now she was taken away, and I will not allow that. I will find whoever stole her away and kill him.

I decided to go to bed. Tomorrow was the big day, and I was going to win her back. We changed the plan a little because we were not sure if the alpha heard us or not, but it didn't matter whether they knew what was to come. We were still going to destroy them.

"Kai, wake up. We have to prepare," Corbin shouted. I thought about how annoying the great leader Corbin was, while I quickly jumped out of bed.

I was excited, today was the big day. I was going to get my fiancé back. She would soon be in my arms. I made my way downstairs while some of the members bowed slightly. I was the next person to lead the mafia.

"Ah, there you are Kai. Excited for your big day," Corbin asked while he sat like a king at the table.

"Yes, I can't wait for June to be in my arms again."

"That is indeed the main point, but don't forget, we are also here to kill the alpha."

"I will not forget," I answered confidently. We discussed the plan once again while we ate. When we were ready, we went different ways.

I dressed up in my battle suit and made sure everything and everyone was ready, and then, we were going to war.

Jack's pov.

I was scared as to what was going to happen today. Daniel and Lana had believed me. I wasn't sure if they were going to come true, but if they were it was going to happen today.

Flashback.

I couldn't feel Levi anywhere, and it scared the sh*t out of me. A werewolf without a wolf? Then you would just be a human, but not only that thought scared me, so much more scared me. Would I still be linked to my mates? How will my mates react? How am I to protect them now? Would my other half ever return? Last but not least, what did my visions mean?

All my pack members were tumbling over each other to get away, while everything was on fire. There were gunshots ounding everywhere, making my hearing go in and out. I think I even saw some vampires running around. I knew it was just hallucinations, but it felt so real.

I was lost in thought when my nurse came into my room, "Your mates are on their way to see you."

I nodded to show I heard her. They were coming, and I wasn't sure what to tell them. I was still thinking about this matter when my mates came in.

Lana was the first one to come in. Her beautiful face was drenched in worry. I felt guilty for being the cause of her expression. Then Daniel came in. His whole body was stiff, ready to attack everything that came up.

"Jack, Jack, Jack," Lana whimpered into my shoulder while hugging me. I lifted my head a little, so I could give her a kiss on her forehead. I was really happy. I could still feel the sparks.

Daniel didn't hug me, but our eye contact said enough. "Where is Levi," Lana asked scared, and before I knew it, everything came out. I told them about Levi and about my visions. By the time I was ready, both Lana and Daniel had a look of worry on their faces.

"How did you know we had a vampire problem," Daniel asked.

"There are vampires here," I questioned, shocked. I was scared that my visions were coming true.

After that, we heard from Mason that the vampires and their master were going to come back. Today. It was just 5 in the morning, but I knew I had to prepare for what was to come.
