Lana's P.O.V.

They said I would be better, and I believed them. That was the stupidest thing ever. I mean, who would trust a person they just met?

I am so stupid. Now, I am here all alone with so many things that can go wrong. I'm going to get hurt badly and probably even die. There is a zero percent chance that I get out of here. I will die, and nobody will miss me.

"Hello there," I hear from behind. When I look, there's a man standing, looking like a god. Blond hair and blue eyes, so beautiful. He can't be from this world. Why is he here – where all people die?

"You look lost." He smiled at me. "Let's get out of here together." I felt hypnotized and followed him without thought.

That's why I'm here. I am stupid. Soon another guy appeared, just as beautiful as the first one. This one had dark hair and dark eyes. Even if this place would kill me, I still have the feeling like I am in heaven. Both guys were standing next to each other, looking like a light in the dark. I vaguely felt they belong to me.

Then, I saw something hideous standing after them something from hell. I wanted to scream at them to run, but I couldn't, and before my eyes, I saw their necks snap from the demon's hands, letting their lifeless body's drop to the floor. Loss filled my heart, and I cried out in terror.

The demon smirked before speaking in a dark tone. "Hell has now begun, sweetie."

I woke up to my mates staring at me worriedly. My heart was racing, and sweat ran down my face as I gasped for air.

Jack spoke first. "What's wrong?"

"I just had a bad dream," I stated, calming down. When I saw it was six in the morning, I spoke again. "I'm going to go take a shower. You guys go back to sleep."

"Are you really okay," Daniel asks protectively.

"Yes," I answered him, trying to convince him that everything was okay. He softly grabbed my head and pressed his lips on mine. The sight of my mates' slit necks appeared behind my eyelids. I banned the thoughts quickly before pulling away from Daniel.

Before I entered Daniel's bathroom, I took another look at them. They laid with their bodies clinging to each other. They both were close to falling asleep again, their chests rising and falling in sync as they held each other. Let me tell you, it looked cute.

I stepped into the bathroom and quickly pulled off my clothes before stepping into the bathroom, turning on the water.

While I let the warm water wash over me, I thought about last night. Daniel's mom had come home and scolded him for not telling her he found his mates. After, she called Jack's parents and had Jack explain everything to them. Because we were so busy with the upcoming threat, we forgot to tell everyone about the mate thing.

It was a fun night. Daniel's mom made dinner, and Daniel and Jack had to say sorry too many times to count. Later, we also let the rest of the pack know. That was the part I was a little bit worried about, but I think everyone was busy with something else because they simply said congratulations and went on doing what they were doing. After that, we were all exhausted and went to bed. It was a good night.

I turned off the shower and wrapped a towel around my body before wrapping my hair in a towel to dry it some. That was the moment I realized that I had forgotten my clothes.
