Chapter Five | Falling In A Window

Lana P.O.V

I left my mates and walked back to school only to realize that classes had started again.

Shit.

I walked around the school until I was in front of my class' windows. The problem now is my class' windows are on the second floor. I grumbled lowly and muttered curses towards my mates for making me late.

I looked around for any way in, but all I could find was the drain pipe.I stared at it, realizing it was my only way up. I took a deep breath before I grabbed the pipe. 'You can do this, Lana,' I thought to myself and began climbing up.

Though it may seem easy in the movies, this was hard as hell, even for a werewolf, and it was terryifying. I took a breath midway before continuing to climb. Finally, I reached the window and looked inside stealthily. The teacher was not inside, and it looked like everyone was concentrating on their work.

'Okay, this can't be that hard. I'm gonna do it.'

There was only one window open, not a big one, but big enough for me to go through. Luckily for me, it was the first window. I stepped onto the frame of the window- which stood out 10 cm- and grabbed the sides of the window. Then, I stepped with my other foot on the frame. 'Okay so far so good.'

Luckily, nobody has seen me what is kind of weird. I slowly pull my head and my upper body through the window. After getting my upper bdy through, I figured the bottom half might not be that bad, but when I tried to pull my legs through, I lost my grip and made a half turn, ending up lying on the ground.

That hurt. I could feel everybody's eyes on me. Oh, yes, I always wanted to make a big entrance. I just didn't think it would hurt that much. The only reason they didn't made rude comments was because they were omegas, and omegas don't say much. I stood up and said simply stated, "sorry, I seem to be a bit clumsy today."

With that, I walked to my seat and sat down. The only problem was, they were still staring at me. To my horror, I realized my hood was down. I quickly pulled it over my head. Now, they've seen some ugly for the day. Amazing.

However, they kept staring at me. Luckily, the teacher came in and stole the limelight. I never thought I would have to say this, but a teacher has now saved me. However, I also didn't think I would find my mate, let alone there be two, or that I would fall through a window into my class. Apparently, my mind was wrong on a lot of things.

The lesson he taught was boring, and all I could think about were my mates and our kiss. I wonder what was under their shirts. 'No Lana thinks about something else. Uhm, focus on school board. It was a nice board.'

Would Jack and Daniel be in the same class? I cursed silently at myself. I couldn't keep my mind off of them. Everything I thought of came back to them somehow. I can't concentrate on anything else, and I don't even know for sure if I want them. No, wait, I do want them, but I don't know if I want the responsibility coming with it.

When class was almost over, I could feel my wolf, Alice, getting nervous inside of my head.

'What's wrong?' I asked her.

'Nothing. It's just I have a feeling that something bad is going to or is already happening to our mates,' she responded.

'Alice, it's probably nothing, and their strong enough to look out for themselves.' I calmed her quickly.

'You're probably right.' She sighed lowly.

When I walked outside, I saw the higher rankings look my way. Oh yeah, they probably saw me run outside like crazy with the alpha and beta on my tracks.

Shit.

Before I could really think about them, though, a beautiful girl walked up to me. She had long brown hair and blue eyes. The only thing about her that was mildly ugly was her clothes. They were too short for my taste. She stopped right in front of me with a scowl on her face.

"You stay away from my man," she snarled into my face.

"And who may you be," I questioned.

"Chelsea, and Daniel is my mate, bitch." That's when she swung her hand trying to hit me.
