"We don't tell him why we're here yet.",Minx warned me has she parked the car.

I nodded stepping out of the car.

"You're lucky the Alpha is free right now."

I put my hand on Minx's shoulder,"We're just glad we made it."

"Alpha Arthur is waiting.", the man opened the door for us.

I watched has recognition played over Minx's face at seeing the man in the chair behind the desk. It was more than shock from seeing the man that hurt her dad. Minx's slow confusion and quick anger made it seem like she'd seen him before. Had she met the Alpha before? Did her dad possibly pass him off has a friend of the family or an uncle?

I grabbed onto her arm to show my support. If she was going to take a shot at the Alpha I was all in. This man deserved more than whatever Minx could dish out to him.Minx's muscles were tense and I could feel her anger filling the room. One wrong move from the Alpha and she was going to attack.

"I figured you would come here."

The door clicked shut leaving us completely alone with the Alpha.

"Damn right! Who are you to show up!? You were the worst thing to happen to him!"

Show up where?

Alpha Arthur slammed his hands down on his desk,"Mind your tone."

"Hey,Dad, Adam and I wanted to know-?",Two boys stood at the door gapping at us.

He had kids!

"Easton, I'm busy."

He dared name his son after his rejected mate!?

Minx's head snapped,"You named him after my father!"

Minx grabbed the vase from her side and launched it at the Alpha. I quickly got into action aiming for an attack at Minx's side. No matter what one of us needs to end him. Arms circled from behind me effectively pulling me away from the Alpha. I looked over to Minx who was being held back by Adam. Which meant that bastard's son was holding me.

"What is this about!?",he shouted over my head.

"Let me go!",We both screamed has the two boys held us back.

This boy was of direct relation to the man I despised. He had the name of the man his father betrayed. The bastard's son was keeping me from ending him. If I had to end this man has well I would. First Minx needs help getting out of Adam's hold.

I took a calming breath and stilled has I watched the Alpha do the same. I needed to think rationally. Minx and I will be able to do nothing while being held back. We both needed to think clearly and find a different way. The bastard's son was not letting go anytime soon.

"Take them to the guest rooms their bags are already in there."

"Excuse you!"

Who the hell does he think he is to assume we would even be okay with that!?

"You thought I'd let you back on the roads like this?", He gestured his hand at us,"Don't be silly. You're under my care now."

The bastard's son and Adam guided us out into the hall with firm grips on our arms. They were right to be cautious. After a while he let go of my arm while Adam still had a secure grip of Minx. I guess I'm better than I though I was at concealing my emotions. Should I attack now and save Minx so we can kill the Alpha?

"My name's Eas-well people call me Tony."

"I'm Amanda. She's Minx."

Holy shit, that Bastard's son is gorgeous!

"I'm sorry for whatever my dad did to get you upset. He's not always like that."

I obviously can't forgive him, not to mention my eyes were now glued to his son.

"I think he is."

"How long did it take you two to get here?",Adam spoke up.

"Two days."

"What about school?"

"We're on break.",I supplied.

"Oh, the high school here already had theirs."

So, that meant that they were older than us.

"I know I'm supposed to hate him,but your step brother is hot!",I giggled from beside Minx.

Currently I was helping Minx unpack her bags. I didn't see the point in unpacking mine since we wouldn't be here long. Minx needed something to do with her hands though so she could calm down. She had just met the man that ruined her father and his son who was named after him. I shouldn't be mad because Easton had Minx,but I didn't like that he had a kid too.

"He's not my brother."

"Than what do we call him? It's not like with humans whose parents remarried,but it kind of is. Tony may not be blood related to you,but his father is your father's mate.Step brother is the only thing that somewhat makes sense."

"What makes sense is not abandoning your mate?"

"True. True.",I looked back down at her suitcase,"Sorry, for all the staring."

Tony was unbelievably handsome in my eyes. I want to hate him,but I can't help my attraction to him. I felt like wherever he went I would follow and I hated that. I wasn't here to get with the enemy's son. I would not risk my loyalty to Minx.

"I know he's not his father,but I can't help hating him.",She slammed the hanger back on the rack,"I just-Why would he name him after my father!?"

I sighed,"I don't know! Who would name the son they cheated on their mate to have after them!? Doesn't he feel bad at all?"

"Don't even give him the benefit of having morals! He doesn't care about anyone,but his stupid pack!"

Knock! Knock!

"If you're done bashing on my dad,whose land you're on right now, we would love for you to follow us.",Tony leaned on the door frame with Adam beside him.

"I'll never respect him.",She glared.

Who could knowing what we know?

"You've definitely calmed down in the last fifteen minutes.",Adam comments has we walk back to the Alpha's office.

"I will take care of her. I give you my word.",he spoke into his phone has we walked in.

"Like that's worth anything."

I nod in agreement.

"Yes, I'll tell her. Goodbye.",Alpha Arthur ended the call,"That was your mother."

"Why are you talking to my mother!? Was ruining my father's life not enough!?"

Did h have no shame!?

He grimiest,"You will both be attending school here for the remainder of your stay. Your parents asked that you make regular calls and behave.",he paused,"I'm guessing that will be a challenge for you Minx?"

My parents! Why the hell would they agree with him!? This bastard is the one who caused our family so much pain! Why would they willingly allow me to stay under his care? This is unbelievable!

"You stupid-!",She tried to run at him again,but Adam was quick to hold her in place.

"What is this about,Dad?"

"Minx and I have a mutual understanding that there are something's that need to be discussed."

"But-"

"How did you get in contact with my mother?"

"How do you think I knew about the funeral? Are you forgetting that I am an Alpha Little Minx? Your father ran far,but not that far."

"I swear, I'll-!"

"Take the girls to their rooms. School is back on tomorrow. We don't want them being late."

"We still have a few days of break left!",I whined.

The boys guided us to the door,"Oh, and thanks for taking care of that vase Minx. Your father hated it."
