Emily's POV:
I wake up and look around to Sam, Dean and Castiel.
"C-cas?" I say quietly not to wake Sam and Dean.
Castiel jumps up and walks to me.
"yes?" Castiel says
"what happened to me?" I say
"you got stabbed by a demon and I saved you're life but don't worry Dean killed the demon instantly." Castiel says sadly
"you saved me?" I say
"yes I wasn't going to let you die" Castiel says
"oh I also saw this"
he lifts my wrist up and pulls my sleeve back showing forty cuts.
"why would you do this to yourself" Castiel says sadly
"I-I'm s-so sad" I say as I start sobbing
I feel Castiel wrap his arms around me hugging me tightly.
"I am very sorry you are like this" he says
I sniffle my nose and hug him back.
"it's okay Cas" I say
"would you like to go get breakfast together?" Castiel says slightly smiling
"sure let me go get ready" I say smiling back
"alright I'll wait" he says and lays down
I walk to the bathroom and turn the water on, I step in the warm water and close my eyes mostly because the water burns my cuts and to relax to the sound of running water. it's always been a soothing sound to me. I get my hair wet and start washing it, while I'm washing my hair I think about Castiel and how much I like him, I mean he has those piercing blue eyes, his deep calming voice, he's funny but most of all he cares about me and saved my life. well I guess I better make myself look nice since I'm going to breakfast with him. I rinse the soap out of my hair and lather up in my vanilla scented soap. I step out of the shower wrapping a towel around my hair and myself. I wipe the steam off of the mirror and brush my teeth. I wash my face and start blow drying my hair. once I'm done doing that I flat iron my hair. I put my make up on and put my clothes on which is a green day shirt, black skinny jeans, Jack Skellington combat boots and a bat wing coat. I check my make up and walk out to Castiel. I get butterflies in my stomach when I see how he looks at me. with love.
Castiel's POV-
I hear Emily walk out and when I see her she looks absolutely beautiful.
"you look nice" I say not trying to flirt with her because Sam and Dean would kill me, mostly Dean he is overprotective of her and would do anything to make sure she wouldn't get hurt.
"t-thank you" Emily says obviously flustered
"shall we leave now" I ask
"yes" she says smiling
I leave a note for Sam and Dean saying-
I went out to breakfast with Emily.

Castiel
we walk out to the impala and I sit in the passengers seat.
"are you a good driver" I ask
"yes Dean taught me how to drive" she says proudly
we pull out of the hotel parking lot and drive to a little diner down the road.
"um Cas.." Emily ask shyly
"yes" I say
"I don't have any money how will I pat for my food" she ask looking down
"I'll be more then glad to pay for your food" I say
"no no you can't do that" she says sadly
"yes i want to" i say kindly
"okay if you insist" she says finally giving in
we pull into the diner and she hops out, I walk beside her and we walk into the diner. for once I feel content, but only with Emily.
Emily's POV-
I walk into the diner feeling happy for once in my life, Castiel has that effect on me.
"how many?" the waitress ask
"two" I say
"follow me" the waitress says
we follow her and she sits us in a corner.
"is this okay" she ask
"yes it's fine" I say looking around, it's pretty full for a Wednesday morning.
I sit down and the waitress hands us our menus.
"what would you all like to drink?" the waitress ask
"coffee" I say
"I would like coffee to" Castiel says
"alright I'll bring those right to ya!" the waitress says and walks to the back.
"hey Cas?" I say softly
"yes?" Castiel whispers
"I just wanted to thank you for saving me" I say whole-heartedly.
"your welcome, I couldn't let you die, I like you too much to let you die" he says smiling but obviously nervous
"y-you like me?" I say shocked
"um yes is that a bad thing?" he says obviously scared
"no I-I like you to" I say smiling widely
"you do?" he ask
"yes I like you a lot" I say slightly blushing
"well Emily Winchester will you be my girlfriend?" He ask
"yes!" I say happily and smiling widely
he smiles and leans over and kisses my head, I smile and we look over the menu.
a few moments later the waitress comes out with our coffee.
"are you all ready to order?" she ask
"yes" me and Castiel say at the same time
"alright what would you like?" the waitress ask
"I want pancakes, with sausage patties, and scrambled eggs" I say
I watch the waitress write it down.
"and what would you like sir?" the waitress ask Castiel
"I'll have what she's having" Castiel says
"alright I'll go put those orders in" the waitress says taking our menus and disappearing i. the back.
I sip my coffee and look out the window, watching it storm.
"I have always loved storms" I say
"really?" Castiel ask
"yes they are calming to me" I say
"I can see why, I like them to. there is just something relaxing about it." Castiel says
"when I was younger I would always lay in bed and read when it stormed, I loved it" I say sighing
"whats wrong" Castiel ask concerned
"I... I just miss the old days when I could live with out concern or stress or depression"I say looking down
"I see, it must be hard but you have me now" Castiel says
I smile
"I do don't I?"
A little while later the waitress appears with our food.
I thank her and start putting syrup over everything, I see castiel doing the same.
I eat my pancakes and listen to it thunder.
We finish and leave the waitress a tip.
We run out to the impala and hop in slamming the door.
"that was really good food" I say buckling my seat belt
"yes it was" Castiel agrees
"thank you for paying" I say
"no problem, I mean thats what boyfriends are suppose to do right?" Castiel says smiling
"yes, yes it is" I say pulling out of the diner and driving back to the hotel.
"um don't tell Sam and Dean about us dating okay? they would kill you" I say worriedly
"don't worry I won't" Castiel says
"thank you" I say pulling into the hotel parking lot, Castiel just nods and I park car.
we get out and walk into the hotel.
"hey guys" I say to Sam and Dean who are on their computers probably researching weird things going on somewhere.
"hey emmy!" Dean says
"how was breakfast" Sam ask
"it was amazing, probably the best i've had in a while" referencing to Castiel asking me to be his girlfriend.
"that's great to hear" Sam says smiling
"at least it was good food" Dean says
"do you think they have pie?" Dean ask
I giggle
"yes dean they had over 100 different kinds" I say laying down on the bed.
"oh my god Sam we have to go there for dinner" Dean says like a little kid
"alright we will go for dinner" Sam laughs
Castiel sits down and I listen to music for once I'm content and everything is okay. I close my eyes and slowly fall asleep.
