Castle the journey of love

Castle was carrying two bags of food they had bought on the market under the hotel the hospital had send them to, while Beckett unlocked the door to the room.

"Castle..." She called him as she took a glance to the inside of the room. He got closer to her and looked inside as well.

"Do you think they..." Castle started but she cut him.

"I do. They probably thought that" She completed his thinking as they both looked at the couple king size bed inside their room.

They entered the room and Castle placed the food on the floor next to the desk, Beckett sat in the two-seat couch as he sat in the bed next to the night stand and called the nurse that had been responsible for their staying there.

"There must have been a mistake" Castle told her. Beckett thought it was kind of cute seeing Castle a little bit stressed.

"We are not together, she has a boyfriend! We want a room appropriate for us" Castle replied to what the nurse had said from the other side of the line.

"She'll see what she can do" Castle informed Beckett as he stood up from the bed and sat next to her on the couch. "Are you feeling ok?" He then asked her and she snuggled closer to him, Castle placed his arm around her waist feeling a small part of her bump on the tip of his fingers.

"Considering that I could be dead of it wasn't for you, I'm perfect." She replied and rested her head on on the top of his shoulder. "Thank you for saving me" Beckett added.

"You've already thanked me" Castle answered as he let escape a small giggle from his mouth.

"I'm thanking you again" She told him.

"Always" Castle stated and placed his head on top of hers. Both letting their hands slide until their fingers were locked to each other. As always, that moment had to be interrupted by a phone ringing.

"It must be the nurse, I'll go get it" Castle said and went to pick up room's phone.

"Ok thank you" Was all Beckett heard from him before collapsing the phone. "The hotel is full, we're going to have to stick to this room, I'll take the couch, you'll obviously stay in the bed" Castle said grabbing the two pillows from one of the sides of the bed.

"Nonsense Castle" Beckett snapped as she stood up in a flash, walked to him and took the pillows from his hands "We'll both sleep in the bed, it's not like we'll be making out or something similar, is it?"

"I just thought you wouldn't want to" Castle replied looking right through her eyes. "I thought you would feel uncomfortable with it"

"We're adults, Castle! I'm sure we can control ourselves" She admitted

"I'll do as you wish" He answered and she laughed and his response.

The hospital had lend them some pjs so they could sleep. They dressed them and slide into the extra comfortable bed.

2 Hours Later

Their backs were touching, both of them turned to the outside of the bed making it impossible to see if the other was sleeping.

"She must be sleeping"  Castle thought.

"He must be sleeping" Beckett thought.

But then, as a miracle of god, both of them turned to the inside of the bed to be facing each other, their noses were touching and their eyes were locked to each other.

"I thought you were sleeping" Castle admitted.

"I thought you were sleeping too" Beckett replied.

"What do you want to do now that we're both awake?" Castle asked not moving an inch.

"This" She answered and everything happened like in the movies.

Beckett removed her hands from under the blankets and placed them in both Castle's cheeks, then pulled his face to hers and let their lips attack one another.
Castle accepted her tongue and was determined not to let it go, he used one of his free arms to help himself get to the top of her. They broke the kiss for air, while breathing, they shared a look both could see the glow on the other's eyes.

This time, Castle choose not to kiss her lips, he travelled his mouth to her neck and kissed the spot behind her ear, and she kept her hands on his hair pulling it from pleasure.
Somewhat in the middle, Beckett moved her hands from his head to her shirt and pulled it off, as she did, Castle kissed her harder back  in the mouth. After a while they were having their second night of love.

"That was amazing" Beckett admitted as she rested her head on Castle's chest. "I wish we could stay like this forever" she added.

"What about Josh?" Castle asked. Beckett felt a wave of guilt fill her body, but this was her choice, she had chosen Castle.

"He's not you! That's all that matters" She told him while tracing circles on his naked chest. "I love you" She finally said it, it felt so good, it was like she had taken a weight off her heart.

"Good! Cause I won't let you go again, I'm not going to run away like the last time! I'm here to stay!" He said and pushed her head in her chin to make her look at him and kiss her in the lips.

"I guess it's a good thing they put us in this room" Beckett laughed.

"I own them one" He said and kisses her lips again. "I love you too" He replied wanting to say it back to her. As bs said that, Beckett noticed there was something on the floor next to the door, had probably been slide under it.

The both stood up wrapped in the sheets and went to see what it was.

What a coincidence! Have you seem your room number? It's our number... J

Castle opened the door to see what the number stamped to the door outside was, to be honest they hadn't pay much attention to that. As the couple saw the number they understood who they were dealing with, then Castle whispered:
