This is Us (Niall Horan)

Remember

Kenzie's Pov:
I woke up in the guest bedroom screaming. I had nightmares all night if my dad abusing me, I remember everything now. Niall pushes my door open. "Are you okay? Why were you screaming?" He asks. "Uh, I had a nightmare," I say. "Do you want to talk about it?" He asks. "It was about my dad," I say and he realizes I remember. "Do you remember everything?" He asks. "Yeah, I do," I say quietly with tears threatening to spill from my eyes. "Im sorry," he says. "Im fine, it's fine," I say and he knows that everything isn't fine. I finally get a good look at him and recognize him. He is from a band that my friends obsessed over and They wanted me to but I'm not really that type of person. I can't remember the name of the band. "Uh aren't you from a band or something?" I ask. "Uh yeah. Do you know about us?" He asks. "Uh my friends were huge fans but I'm not really a person who obsesses over those things, I never really listened to you music." I tell him. "Oh well we are in a band called One Direction. We are starting up tour again. The boys are coming over tomorrow." He says. I would tell my friends but they don't need to know because they would only talk to me for one direction. When I told them I was moving they got really sad and now we don't talk much. "Want to have pancakes for breakfast?" He asks. "Sure," I say he heads down to make breakfast and I stay in bed. A few minutes later he calls my name. We eat breakfast and watch telly for a little while. Then we hear a knock on the door. Niall opens the door and the 4 guys come in, which I'm guessing are his band mates. They sit down and introduce themselves. "I'm Harry," A guy with curly brown hair and green eyes says. "I'm Liam," a person with gelled up hair and brown eyes says. "Im Louis," says a person with a striped shirt and kind of messy hair. "I'm Mackenzie, but you can call me Kenzie," I say. We all talk about stuff and then Liam suggest that we watch Toy Story, which no one else wants to watch, but we just go along with it. Its about Lunch time. "Why don't we go out to eat," Louis says. "Where should we go?" Harry asks. "Lets go to Nando's!" Niall shouts. "What's that?"
I ask. "Y-y-you don't know what Nando's is?" Niall asks. "Uh no, is that a bad thing?" I say. "Yes, its my favorite restaurant. You have to try it, lets go!!" Niall yells and pulls me to the car. When his hand touches mine I feel little tingles but I ignore them. We drive to Nando's and I get the same thing as Niall. I LOVE THIS PLACE. We walk out to the car. "Did you like it?!?!" Niall asks. "What? Nando's? No the food was terrible?" I joke. "Take that back!" Niall says and tickles me. "Never!" I yell. He keeps tickling me. "S-stop," I say while laughing. "Then take it back," he says. "Fine, I loved Nando's" I say. "Much better," he says. We get home and plop down on the couch. The boys sit on the other couches. Harry just looks at us frowning... weird. I pick up my phone and check the time and its 2:35. "Lets do something," I say. "What do you want to do?" Niall asks. "I don't know," I say. "I know what we can do, but you need to put your phone down," he says. I give him a confused look. "Uh okay," I say and set my phone down on the table. He picks my up and puts my over his shoulder. "Ahh, Niall put me down," I say hitting his back. He walks out to near the pool and says, "Okay, I will put you down," he drops me in the pool. I pretend like I'm drowning and I don't come up. I'm really good at holding my breath. After about 30 seconds he jumps in and pulls me out. He sets me down on the floor. "Kenzie, are you okay? Kenzie," he says an lightly shakes me. I lay there for about 10 more second then yell, "BOO!" and he falls into the pool. He swims up and shoots me a dirty look. "Im going to get you back," he says and walks into the house.
