You get an unsettled feeling the moment you land near O'Khasis. The giant village brings back memories. Laurance seems to be feeling the same way, he keeps shivering. Only a couple lights are still on in O'Khasis, the guard tower, certain homes, and some in the castle-thing.

"Let's go." You whisper, not entirely sure why you did whisper. O'Khasis can't hear you from all the way over here. Laurance just nods at you. The two of you hide the boat under a large bush, and set off. It takes a while to remember the path, but soon you find it.

"Here." You say, looking down at the well worn path you had walked with your father many times. It seeming lead straight into a cliff face, but you knew that wasn't the case.

"Here?" Laurance repeats, staring at the cliff. "I don't understand."

"Maybe this will help." You push a stone button, hidden on the stone of the cliff, and a cave entrance appears, you take Laurance's hand, and walk in. You then push the button on the inside, and it closes up, allowing darkness to consume the cave mouth again. You strike one of the matches, and light up a torch, and hold it up.

"Wow..." Laurance looks around.

"I remember this..." You nearly cry, and bury your head into your hands.

"I'm sorry.' Laurance puts his hand on your shoulder, and watches you raise your head, and examine the damage. The paintings of the leaders have all been burnt, most now ashes, nothing more. The lights that used to line the walls are smashed or broken. The two bandit guards that stood at the end of the tunnel have been slaughtered, and the decaying corpses that used to be them, lay on the ground, just as burnt as the paintings.

You walk to the end of the tunnel, experiencing nausea, and headaches, and emerge into the hollow that was your camp. The tress that used to protect it from invaders lay fallen, and the symbol of O'Khasis has been carved into them, symbolizing the bandit's defeat. You don't want to go into the burned tent that used to be the one you shared with your father. But you have too.

You take a deep breath, and walk in, Laurance just behind you. Nothing's left in here, except for a small portrait that you hid in your old sleeping bag before the O'Khasis guards kidnapped you to use for for spying and bargaining. You take it out of the ashes of your sleeping bag, and turn it over. The photo survived the fire.

In it, it shows a three year old you, laughing while being carried by your father. Your mother stands with you, smiling at you. The old bandit camp, before it was burn down, shows in the picture. A hidden hollow cornered with trees and bushes, green everywhere. No sign of O'Khasis, no sign of battle, no sign of hurt, or anger, or darkness, or Shadow Knights...

Nothing that could ever hurt you. But that's all changed.
