19: An Elite Meeting

While on the plane, Williams began to talk about his book to the Dogon man. The Priest listened enthusiastically.
"The general hypothesis of Dr. Firestone states that about about 12,900 years ago, an impact of an amazing magnitude from a near-Earth object set a vast area of the North American continent on fire, and gouged out a very substantial chunk of the continent. This upheaval of debris disrupted climate and caused the extinction of most of the megafauna in North America and the demise of the North American Clovis culture after the last glacial period. Then an ice age lasted about 1,200 years before the climate warmed again."

" I see Professor." Said M'Beke.

" My point is, an event such as this statistically should occur on average every 11,000 years. And there are other facts that are disturbing to me." The priest looked more interested.
"The current astrological survey of near solar- objects indicates a massive magnetic disturbance fluctuating every 188 days an emanating toward Earth from the other side of the Sun."

The Priest nodded. " To create a magnetic field with that much pull it must be an object with a tremendous mass."

The Dogon Priest's eyes were now wide.

"Right. You're correct! " Said Williams.

" Professor, These findings are painting a picture that sounds eerily familiar to
me."

Finally their destination was coming into view. The professor felt a lump in his throat.  "We're here. Here take one."
He held up a box the agent had given him back in Mali. It the had a Majestic Triangle logo on top of it. He opened it up and inside were to smart bracelets.

M'Beke put his on and the professor did likewise.

A very upscale hotel in the Alps stood majestically upon the steep incline of the rocky landscape surrounding it.  It was well lit and shone brightly in the darkness.  It was intimidating for two men who knew they could potentially get into some huge trouble going in there.

The conference room, which was massive, was filled with well dressed people, and tables filled with wine glasses and various choices of appetizers.

This is an elite crowd.
A few helicopters parked on the private air strip, several private jets. And dozens of all-terrain vehicles of the highest quality are all parked in rows at the foot of the runway.
This is an exclusive event, and in a very obscure location.
Through the thick boisterous crowd's chatter, a clinking sound is heard. And a very deep voice comes on the microphone. And begins to speak in a thick Swiss-European accent.
"Ladies. Gentlemen. From all around the world. Thank you so very much being here with us all today. This is very momenteous occasion indeed. How about an applause for the wonderful service. Huh!?" He chortles while they all lightly clap in approval.
"Yes. Yes." His broad smile reveals his perfect veneers, just recently installed.

"Now. As you are all aware; this evenings' presentation was prepared by the European Union, in association with the ESA, and NASA. The WMF ,the CIA, MI6, And the newly formed MI7 as well. And we welcome the various prestigious world leaders, and the numerous Senior members many of The Brotherhoods and Sisterhoods from around this planet. Thank you for attending. As this event will not be recorded, nor broadcast, we have established that there will be no electronic devices allowed present in the room, except of course your special invitation bracelets.
