"So, you're saying it's never snowed in Los Angeles?" Jack frowned, staring at out the window at the rainy night sky.
"Nope," Mark said with a grunt, leaning over to pick up a heavy box, "One time it got really close, but then the weather was like 'nah' and gave us rain per usual."
Jack continued to frown, and turned his face to look at Mark moving across the room. He watched him set the giant box of ornaments on the table, and pull out one.
Jack started to his way over, "So it doesn't snow here either?" He said sadly, standing next to Mark who was putting up decorations on the Christmas tree in front of him. Mark turned to look at him, and gave him a sad smile, then proceeding to wrap his arms around Jacks waist.
Jack wrapped his arms around Mark's neck and pouted, not letting Mark be able to kiss him.
"Hey don't be sad angel," Mark said, kissing Jacks cheek, which made the boys sad appearance falter, "It snows in other parts of the world," He went to kiss Jack, but was denied again.
"Maybe one day we can go somewhere where it's cold all the time and see snow fall there," Mark offered, and Jack couldn't fight the smile trying to make its way onto his face.
"Where would you take me?" Jack asked.
Mark shrugged, "Missouri, Chicago," He went in to kiss Jack, and this time Jack let him, "Jersey,"
"It snows in Jersey?" Jack asked, kind of surprised.
"It's supposed to," Mark said, and kissed Jack, who started to play with the ends of Mark's hair. Mark then tightened his arms around Jacks waist and lifted the boy up, making Jack squeal and instinctively wrap his legs around Mark's waist. Jack giggled against Mark's lips, and clung onto the boy holding him tightly.
Mark, knowing the house by heart, made his way over to the couch and sat down, basically forcing Jacks legs to go on either side of him.
Jack broke away from Mark, "Didn't Matt ask you to start decorating the tree?"
"I am decorating," Mark claimed, going in to kiss Jacks neck. Jack bit his lip, feeling Mark explore one side of it.
"Oh sure, totally," Jack deadpanned, struggling to not move his hips down onto Mark was he started to bite down lightly on his neck.
"Yeah," Mark said, hooking his fingers into Jacks sweatpants as he took some of Jacks skin between his teeth, and sucked on it, "I'm about to decorate you,"
Jack laughed, "That was so dumb," He whispered into Mark's ear, "But go ahead, I'm obviously not gonna stop you."
Mark hummed, and began to lick on the spot he bit, happy when he heard Jack suck in a breath. He kissed further down below the spot, around the base of Jacks neck and started to bite there.
Jacks hips involuntarily moved up, and Mark had to hold them down with his hands while he created another bruise on his skin. Mark smiled and blew on the spot, making Jack shiver.
Mark moved his face back in front of Jack and smiled, to which Jack rolled his eyes and kissed him. And Mark broke away, about to go into Jacks neck again, until both boys heard the front door open, and heard two loud people walk into the house.
Jack quickly jumped off of Mark's lap, with Mark getting up after, and went to the box of ornaments. He pulled one out, and went to put it on the tree, until Mark wrapped a strong arm around his waist and kissed Jack one last time. The boy smiled at Mark, about to kiss him again until the voices entered the living room.
