Sting's POV (present time)

"Hey! Earth to Sting!!! Sting, the light!" I snapped out from my daze when Lucy snapped her finger in front of my face. Oh right, the light have turned green. And the car behind us started honking. I pushed the pedal. "Eh heh, sorry..."

"Jeez, what re you thinking?" I heard Lucy sigh. Yes what am I thinking actually? I don't know what happened after that, all I know I lost my grip on Lucy, and I heard the gun shot and then, all I see...well Natsu got Minerva, my brother and Lucy was saved. The police arrived soon and caught Minerva. Well everything was well after that.

"Lucy?" The blonde hmm and turn to look at me curiously. " Sorry to bring this back but what actually happened that night? I heard the gunshot but no one was injured right? And tell me what happens when you followed him?"

"It's okay. Well on that night....."

Lucy P.O.V.

After Sting's grip was released I ran straight to Natsu. My heart nearly stopped when Minerva seriously point her gun towards me and I could hear those trigger being pulled. But Natsu quickly pulled me in his embraced and we toppled down together.
"Oh god, Natsu are you alright?" He checked himself and surprisingly we were fine.

We heard Minerva screamed and saw a raven haired guy got her. That was Sting's Natsu quickly helped him and they captured Minerva. He grabbed the gun, slowly put it to the ground and kicked it away where she couldn't reached it.

After the police arrived, everything was settled. I received a warm hug from Natsu. "Thank god, you're safe." He whispered. I nodded. "Natsu, I'm sorry, I've remembered everything now. And I've seen your letter inside the bracelet box." I smiled when he pulled from our hug, his face flushed red.

"Y-you read it?!" He stuttered and my smile widened. I nodded again. Then Sting and his brother came. He introduced Rouge to us. He even apologised for wha he have done and we gladly accept it. After that we departed and went to the airport since Natsu was too late for his flight. Luckily we arrived on time.

NORMAL P.O.V.
Past p.O.v.

The coup...should I say couple? Well ahem the two loving bird arrived at the airport and all the people they knew greeted them with smile on their face.
"Mr. Natsu Dragneel please be at the departure place your plane is ready. Thank you," Natsu quickly held Lucy delicate hand interlaced their hand.

"I think that's my cue, but before that I want to know your answer first." Lucy confused face answered him. He chuckled. " your answer to my letter." He explained.

"Well...what can I say..." She trailed. " Fine," he pouted slightly. "I love you to...Natsu" she answered in a whispering angelic voice. It made the doctor grinned again. He immediately embraced her with a warm hug.

"I love you Lucy...I promise you. When I come back, I will mend everything. Then we can get married and have 40 children!" Lucy gasped in shocked and laughed when she realised that was his joke. His hug tightened.

" I promise you that there's no other girl than you Luce...you're the only one in my heart. You always be. Please wait for me alright? Promise me you'll wait for me." He whispered to Lucy again. The now tearing blonde nodded her head furiously. She held his hand. "I will...I promise you. Good luck Natsu..." She tried to control her emotion. They finally pulled from the hug. Natsu wiped her tears away and smiled gently. "

"Minna... Please take care of Lucy for me." He looked up and bowed his head. The other smiled and nodded at him. He turned back to Lucy and plant a deep passionate kiss. Which she returned back equally. He gave them a last waved with his signature grin plastered on his face before Natsu left to America. And that was it.

BACK TO LUCY'S P.O.V.
" I never thought that, it was the last. Everything that he said were sweet nothing. All of sudden he will marry another woman. He lied to me, and what worse is I believed in him" I explained everything to Sting. He looked at me in concerned eyes. He comforts me and gives some advice for me to move on.

We went for a dinner, have a simple chat which actually he telling me a certain special someone that captured his heart. I wish that he will find happiness. Then he sends me home.
