HE'S MY DOCTOR

CHAPTER 1

*RING*RING*

Natsu woke up from the loud ringing, he glanced over at the clock and it was 2:50 a.m. in the morning, he takes a deep sigh before answering the phone.

"Hello?" he said through it.

"Doctor! There's emergency you need to come here as fast as you could" a troubled voice of a nurse crackled through the phone.

"Okay, I'll come ASAP" he said before breaking the conversation.

"Natsu-nii, is there an emergency?" his little sister Wendy ask him while yawning.

"Yeah, would you mind to stay here alone? As per usual, if you're hungry there's some food in the fridge and you could just heat it up okay? I need to go now, bye! " he said as he was rushed out of the room to find his bag and his motion sickness patch.

"Okay good luck Natsu–nii"  Wendy gave him a last glance

He got into his car, and accelerated down the road.

"Our patient was involved in a car accident, currently in critical condition." He remembered the words that the nurse exactly had said earlier.

He hasten his pace toward the ICU upon his arrival, some of the nurses he met on the way greeted him and he replied them with a smile and went through the ICU's double doors. The Head Nurse, Erza gave him a brief explanation about the whole explanation as he prepared himself for the surgery. At first sight, he wasn't sure if the patient could survive but after some sweat-breaking moments, he finally did it. The patient's condition soon stabilized.

When he was busy stripping himself out of his surgery coat was when he finally saw the patient's face. Shes a blonde beauty, even with some blood still smeared on her face. He was captivated by it, before he finally slaps himself mentally to avoid looking like an idiot. 

NATSU P.O.V.

'Damn it, Natsu! Get over yourself, she's your patient!' I quietly mumbled to myself before stepping out from the ICU. 

'But she's very beautiful'

NORMAL P.O.V

"Well done Natsu, you did it!" Mirajane and Erza showed up, each giving him a thumbs up. He faked a hearty laugh. "Thanks..." he said as took a glance at his watch. It was nearly 7:20 a.m. 

"Well I need to go home now. Call me if anything happens" he said, and the duo nodded back in reply.

He went for his car and drove home. On the way back to his apartment, he saw a box in front of his building. Curiosity made him open it, a wide grin appeared on his face when he saw a blue and a white kitten inside it mewing and they seems to have starved. He picked the box and brought them in with him.

When he arrived at his door, he saw Romeo, their neighbor standing in front of it. "Morning Romeo!' he greeted the boy with his toothy grin. 

"Good morning Natsu-nii, what's with the box?" he smiled looking at the box, "A present for Wendy, hey why don't you come inside first?" he said as he unlocks the door ,"I'm back! Wendy!" he called out loudly, gently putting down the box.

"Welcome back Natsu-nii. Good morning Romeo" Wendy said in reply while tying her long blue hair into a pony tail. " Hey, I got you something" Natsu said showing her the box. "What's that?" she asked as she was opening the box before jumping up and down in joy and then went to hug her brother. "Thank you Natsu-nii!"

"Okay, okay, didn't you have a school? "he said patting his sister head.

"Okay bye, Natsu –nii!" she said, giving his brother a last hug and went for school.

"Well, I guess I need to find you some food" he said quietly patting the two little feline's head. He didn't even bother with the fact that blue is a weird color for a cat. 

"Since you made my sister happy, I'll name you Happy." he exclaimed as the cat mewed in reply. "As for you, I guess that my sister would have to find a name for you." he said briefly to the white cat as he started to walk towards the door and went down for some grocery.
