RING BRING BRING
"SHUT UP!!!"
I screamed.
I don't ever want to see him again.
He had a girlfriend yet he tried to kiss me. He's like my ex, Gavin. He cheated on me with a girl named, LILY. I stood up and went to take a shower, after my shower I changed into a tanktop and jeans. I grabbed my backpack and a poptart. I got in my car then drove to school, thinking about James.
"Stop it Maia...."
I drove into the parking lot and parked my car. Then I saw something I didn't wanna see. James. His blue eyes sparkling at me, his red wavy hair moving with the wind. I was interrupted by a motor cycle driving past me then parking next to my car. A girl got off the motorcycle and took of her black helmet and put it on her seat. Skylar, thank god. Her dirty blonde hair fell from the helmet and onto her leather jacket. She was wearing black jeans and a red tank top. She blew a bubble from her gum then popped it, eating it again.
"Hey Maia."
She walked over to me and looked at James.
"Heard what happened with the kiss."
She blew another bubble.
POP
"How did you know?!?!"
I was confused beyond belive.
"I have my sources."
I laughed and walked into school with Skylar and to my group of friends, Charese, Matia and Lily.
"Hey Guys!"
"Hey"
They all responded.
"So I heard that you and James Mc Hunkules (Hercules but with Hunk) are in love."
Charese taunted.
"W-where did you hear that Charese?!"
"From Skeh"
Matia responded to my question. I looked at Skylar,
"I may or may not be writing a fan fiction about you x James..."
She smiled and started running.
"YOU SON OF A- GET BACK HERE!!!!"
As I was running I heard Lily behind me.
"She's gonna be pissed when she finds out about the photos and her reading it at her wedding..."
As I kept running the bell rang, first period I had was English. When I walked into the classroom, I saw Skylar up front at our normal table. But in the back I saw another familiar face.
James P.O.V
There she was. Standing in the doorway of the classroom.
"Maia..."
Ryder nudged his arm
"Do you like her?!"
He was as annoying as ever.
"I wont say until you tell me who you love."
His face instantly flushed a shade of pink.
"I'm gonna guess you do"
He said that one without any hesitation. The teacher walked into the room and sat in her chair.
"Hello class. Today I will be assigning groups of two for a Greek God research project. I will give you your god or goddess and who you will be with."
She walked Skylars isle first. Skylar got Persephone, and Ryder got Hades. She then walked down Maia's isle. Maia got Aphrodite and I got, Ares. Aphrodites lover. Great. It was the end of class period and I went to talk to Maia, as I was about to speak she cut me off.
"You come to my house tonight around 8pm. I'll talk there."
She then stood up and walked outside the classroom. Skylar then walked past me and coughed
"OTPPPP"
She then scurried out of the classroom leaving me with Ryder.
"Damn...."
He followed Skylar as if in a trance. I laughed a little.
I thought for a minute. I wasn't gonna just do research with Maia on this, no.
I was gonna do more than that.
This man was gonna become more than her friend.
