Maia P.O.V
It was New Years Eve and I was going to James' house. The only reason I was going is because Skylar made me. I was wearing a short black dress with red high heels. Skylar was wearing a black tanktop, black skinny jeans, black ankle boots and her black leather jacket. Yeah, I should of made her wear a dress. I walked into the house, following Skylar who was looking over the crowd of people. Her eyes finally landed on Ryder, who was talking to Jyese. Skylar rolled her eyes and laughed.
"Do you like him..?"
I asked, questioning her.
"No, it's just funny. Those two together"
She laughed once more then looked at the staircase. James was walking down the stairs with a blonde haired boy. His eyes looked into mine, oviously noticing me.
"Skylar let's get out of here..."
"Yeah..."
She quickly grabbed my hand and walked out of his house, going to her car and getting in the passengers seat.
Please don't let him come get me...
James P.O.V
I ran outside and looked around.
"Please please please...."
I finally spotted Maia getting in a car with Skylar. I quickly ran over to the car and grabbed Maia, she looked scared but I gripped her shoulders and stared into her eyes.
"Maia, since the first day I met you I've liked you."
She looked super confused
"James what are you saying...?"
Skylar called out from the car
"HE'S SAYING HE LOVES YOU!"
I smiled.
"I Love You Maia."
I kissed her lips. Her eyes widened but slowly sank into the kiss. Skylar took a photo. No one seemed to care. Tonight was the night I kissed Maia.
And it was the best night ever.
