BEEP BEEP BEEP my alarm clock awoke me. I got up and Lenny followed. I dressed up put my hair in a bun, grabbed bread, and kissed my mom. I raced to the bus and waited. The yellow bus pulled up and opened. I got in and sat in the front. I jiggled and bounced around on the bumpy bus over to my high school. I got out and dodged kids talking and being teenagers. I went to my first class, math. My teacher tried to do ice breakers but all of us freshmen were scared and unwilling to talk. I went to bio next. Mrs. Kushkey smiled and shook our hands. I sat in the back and pulled out my phone while she was blabbering about her expectations. Skip forward to lunch. This is where the story begins. I played around with my salad and quietly chomped on an apple. A senior, Adrian Miller say right next to me. "Hey, I'm assuming you're a freshman?"
"Y-yes," I said while swallowing a piece of Apple.
"You are pretty cute," he commented.
"Thanks."
"Come to my place after school. Meet me by the fountain," he smirked.
"Okay."
