Mia's POV
I'm not sure my mom is ready to be a grandmother just yet. What about me? Am I ready to be a mom? Devote all my time, money, and Energy for the baby? Maybe even Marry Austin at 17?
I don't think I'm ready.
But bring on the challenge. I can handle it. If only I get help. I turn slightly in Austin's Arms. His eyes Flutter open, A smile appearing on his face. "Hey Angel," He pets my hair. I feel like a little kid all over again whenever I'm in his arms.
"Austin. I-I don't think I can do this. I'm just not ready and- the tears grip me before I can finish my sentence. Before Austin has time to reply, my room door swings open. Revealing Chase. "Am I interrupting something here?" He says, looking from me to Austin. Austin opens his mouth to say something but quickly closes it.
Chase rolls his eyes. "Like I was saying, Mia do you uhm want to hangout with me today? I have to tickets for this baseball game and I really want you to come with me."
I smile at Chase as he crosses the floor to come sit next to Austin and I on the bed. I quickly accept, but then Austin puts a pout on his face. When Chase leaves, Austin spills out his feelings.
"Why did you accept that? I thought it was just you and me today Angel." He complains, His eyes getting wider. "Chase is still my boyfriend Austin. Remember." Now it's my turn to roll my eyes. Austin gets up and crosses his arms. He stares at me, then leaves the room. "Fine be that way!" I yell at him.
By the time I get ready for my date with Chase, Austin's gone. No sign of him or Chase. I'm pretty sure they just went to talk. I go looking for them. Hoping to find them in the backyard. But strangely they aren't there. Hmm. Where could they be? I think to myself. They just couldn't have vanished.
