{POV-Ellie}
Evan... Evan... Evan... How I didn't understand him. With his confusing ways and his luring eyes. Yes, he was difficult, but he was really growing on me. But, all I could do, was accept that I was going to the party with him, and get ready. After Evan ditched me at the park only a few hours ago, I decided to bravely ask my parents if I could go to Katheryn and Levi's party. On the walk home, I was contemplating how I was going to ask them. Maybe if they knew that I was going with my best friends, who they trusted a lot, they'd let me go.
It took every ounce of courage I had to open the front door. I honestly don't know why I was so nervous about asking them. I mean, I was totally fine with not being able to go. As a matter of fact, I didn't want to go at all. But, I continued with what I had to do; ask my mom. So, I walked into the dining room, where my mother was typing away at her laptop.
She looked up at me with a bright and warming smile before speaking. "Hello, honey. Did you have a good day?" She asked me as I sat down at the table across from her.
"It was good." I replied to her, not wanting to explain what had happened.
"What did you do?" She asked exactly what I didn't want to answer.
"I just hung out with a friend. You don't know her." I replied, saying her to ease my mother's curiosity.
All she did was nod her head slightly then continued typing on her laptop. She was very unaware that I was still sitting in front of her, wanting to still talk. So, I decided to ask her about the party, since it was a good opportunity.
"So, Katheryn is throwing a party..." I stated slowly, waiting for my mother's approval.
"She is, now? Who'll be going?" She asked, suddenly not wanting to type anymore.
"Just some friends. I'm sure it won't be more than ten-fifteen people." I lied as my mother's eyebrows slowly made their way far above her eyes. "Well, Levi is having friends over too, so there'll be more people." I explained, just in case she'd ask about why there'll be so many people.
"Well, I don't know, Elliana. It sounds like a pretty large party." She started, making my facial expression go from hopeful, to disappointed. Well, one part of me was happy because I didn't want to go, but the other half was angry because I did want to go.
"Alexis and Avery will be there. So, you know that I won't do anything I shouldn't." I begged, making my facial expression become more hopeful. "Don't you trust them?" I questioned her, knowing her answer already.
"Well, Ellie. As long as you stay by your friends and don't wonder off or get yourself in trouble, I suppose you can go." She explained, putting emphasis on "stay."
"Yay!" I squealed in excitement. But, all I could think about is Evan. My mother has no idea who he is. For all I know, he might get me in serious trouble and my mother would want to sue Evan's parents or something. I was more nervous about going now, then I ever was. Evan just made it worse.
I decided to forget about everything with Evan, and ask Alexis, Katheryn, and Avery to come over since I had major news to tell them. After I called them, I made my way to my bedroom.

"Okay, so something happened earlier today..." I began, but decided to stop there when everyone's eyes widened. "Yeah, anyways..." I started again, while getting comfortable in my spot. "Logan asked me to go walk his dog with him like... two hours ago." I explained to them.
"Why'd he do that?" Avery questioned with a confused look on her face.
"Well, I'm assuming it was because he made a deal with Evan." I answered her in complete nervousness.
