"Carmen, maybe I should come too", said my Mother.
"No! I don't do groups", replied Rick."But I'm her Mother! I need to know if it's safe!" She yelled.
Easy there."I would prefer it if you would stay!"
Her and Rick got into a visions battle over this. After about fifteen minutes, Rick gave in, "FINE, YOU CAN COME!! But I don't think you'll enjoy it!" Rick stormed off into his Garage, hoping I'd follow. My mother pushed me to the side, and entered the door first.
"Hey! Watch it!" I yelled."Well, don't be in my way", she replied.
"Will you two come on! We're running late", Rick pulled a tarp off of a huge object he had in the middle of the room.
"What is that?" Ask my mother.
"It's a spaceship. Have you never watched a sci-fi movie?!" He popped open the door and help it open, "get in."
My mother, being the classy lady she is, took the first step in.
"AH AH AH, you! Sit in the back!" Said Rick, "this was a trip meant for Carmen therefore, she gets shotgun."My mother gave a grunt, then wiggled her way into the back seat. I, myself, then hopped into the rustic looking thing, and not long after, Rick joined.
"Alright, before I show you what I was going to show you, we need to make a stop", Rick started the engine, and then we began to fly.
"We're flying?! How?!" I looked out the window, and all around the vehicle. I could feel my eyes getting wider and wider.
"Pretty amazing, huh?"
I looked over a Rick, and saw a small smile across his face. He looked so relaxed driving that machine. Even though I've only known him for about a day and a half, I've never seen him this calm."How is this even possible?" Asked my mother.
Ricks smile quickly faded, "Science, Olivia!" The calm face he once had on soon faded, and turned into a tired look.~-~-(PlUmBuS iNsPiReD tImE sKiP)-~-~
"Alright, we're here", Said Rick as he pulled up to a small looking planet. "This is the first stop, it will only take a minute. Everybody out."
When we got into the building, a strange looking lizard man... Uhh, Thingy, was sitting behind a desk.
Well that's something you don't see everyday.
Rick walked up to the... Uhh... Man, then was handed a slip of paper.
As he was filling it out, I noticed one of their pamphlet on the ground. When I picked it up, I saw a brightly coloured page that read 'Jerryberie.'
Rick handed back the paper to the lizardy man, then patted me on the back. "Here keep this", he handed me a ticket. "This is Olivia's number. Lose it and you lose her, but at the same time, that isn't much of a loss HAYOOO."I turned around, and saw my mom being escorted away by a heavy set woman. The woman showed her to a room, then pushed her in. I could have sworn in the room was filled with more then 50 Jerrys.
"What is this place?" I asked.
"Just a place I like to store people I hate, and mostly Jerry. She can run, she can sleep with the jerrys, she'll have a great time. Now...." He held the ship door open once again for me. "Back to our adventure."
