chapter four

again lol

today was my first day of sophomore year !! and more importantly the first time i saw
michael in two whole months !!

i could seriously barley breath when i saw him. i love that boy so damn much and i hate myself for it. but i mean look at how far we've come. our story literally written in the pages of this book.

sometimes i go back and read all the ridiculous things that i said about him. but then i also realize that my feelings towards him haven't changed a single bit and i know they wont any time soon.

i wrote about the butterflies in my tummy when i saw him and the beauty of his green eyes. i wrote all my feelings about him and now, almost two whole years later, they still haven't changed.

i get a storm of butterflies when i see him but his hugs make me feel so safe. something i missed soo so much this summer.

michael said to make up for lost time he'll spend all his free time here. he said we can make forts out of blankets and stay up really late at night and talk about music like we used to. i cannot believe he actually remembered that. but thats just the person he is. and he's my person. hes all mine.

lola slowly got out of her bed and tip toed over to the set of doors leading to the balcony in her room. and of course she finds none other then her boyfriend standing on the balcony with his hands behind his back looking cute as ever.

"would you mind if i came in dear its a bit chilly out here?" michael smiled already walking towards her. he was wearing a black tank top and a unbuttoned red flannel and god did he look attractive.

michael walked right passed lola kissing her cheek quickly and stepped into her room and sat down on her bed, still hiding something behind his back.

"michael i don't know if you know this but its very late and we do have school tomorrow remember?" lola said, a little annoyed that he showed up randomly at this time.

"well honey what time is it exactly?"  he asked patting the spot on her bed right beside him.

lola glared at him but look at her phone and informed him it was 11:47.

"well we still have like 13 minutes."

"until what exactly?" lola asked confused.

"do you remember the date today babe?" lola honestly wasn't paying any attention to the date. her brain was still kind of stuck in the summer, not needing to remember the date. thats also why she was still awake at this time. she shook her head slowly.

"well in.." he paused to check the time, " 11 minutes its september 8th. and that is a very special day as i recall." he said, his smile growing wider every second.

"oh right." it just occurred to lola now that in a few minutes it was actually her birthday. she had totally forgotten about the date and didn't realize it was coming up this fast. "well we don't really have to do anything right now i'm kinda tired and its not even that special, it'll be special in a year." lola laughed, thinking about how in one year from now she'll actually be turning 18.

"shut up. its your birthday and you're my girlfriend i'm obviously gonna do something for you." michael said kissing her forehead sweetly.

"okay what're you hiding?" lola asked.

"well thats something for you to find out in" he stopped to check the time again, " 7 minutes. it's not your birthday quite yet." michael winked at her.

but he didn't want to waste any of those 7 minutes before he gave lola an amazing surprise, he grabbed her waist and puller her in slowly connecting their lips. it felt amazing considering it was the first time they had fully kissed in over two months.

michael quickly swiped his tongue across lola's bottom lip and she allowed his tongue to slip in. they moulded together perfectly, both quite desperate for each other.

things got heated pretty fast but michael pulled away after a long time, he almost touched his lips amazed at the way his girlfriend still made him feel after all this time of being together.

lola looked basically the same as michael did. with sore red lips she smiled up at him.

"shit lola!" michael said rather loud for the time of night, and the fact that her parents were a few rooms over.

"what, what?"

"its 12:03! i need to give you your present where did the damn paper go?" michael said, talking more to himself then to lola. after a minute or two he found where he left the paper, on her bedside table of course and held it up in victory.

it was just a small white envelope. nothing really amazing, but lola didn't really care what she got from michael, she was so happy with everything she had right now. what could make it better?

turns out that little white envelope made things so much better.

lola grabbed the paper from michael and opened it slowly. there was a birthday card and a long letter that michael had written, kind of poorly, explaining how he wouldnt know where hed be without her and that he loves her. written so perfectly.

"michael this is so cute thank you!" lola said leaning up to kiss her boyfriend. he gladly accepted but told her to look in the envelope again and she pulled out two more pieces of paper.

but they weren't just any pieces of paper. they were tickets. to see all time low in concert in a couple weeks.

"MICHAEL OH MY GOD MICHAEL !!" lola whisper yelled, but it was more of a yell, screech thing. her eyes as big as they could ever be.

she threw the paper onto her pillow and attacked the boy, pushing him onto the bed and landing on top of him.

"you've got to be kidding me!! this is not real oh my god mikey you got me all time low tickets are you serious!!" lola yelled excitement clear in her voice, not even caring that her parents and brothers were sleeping.

michael just laughed and held her tight, stopping her from jumping on him more. "yeah babe were seeing our idols in a couple weeks." he laughed and kissed her.

"i fucking love you so much michael clifford."

"i fucking love you more lola granola."

ok this is my legit goals in life i came up with this while i was listening to atl and crying about the fact that i wanna see then live so fuckin bad uugh
