The Kiss

Chat smiled and leaned in a bit closer to his partner, a bright smile plastered on his face. "Oh?" He said as he rested his hand on top of hers, holding it a bit tightly. Without hesitating Chat gently pressed his lips against Ladybug's lovingly, his cat tail swinging about.

Ladybug smiled into the kiss, she happily kissed him back. She felt like she was floating. She wanted to tell him who she really was as much as she wanted to know who he was.

The black cat was overwhelmed with happiness when his kiss was returned with the same amount of love. Maybe this was a sign that Ladybug possibly..? No. No way! Stop dreaming kitty! Chat pulled away for a moment as he blushed, his mind still left on the thought of Ladybug's feelings towards him. For some reason he couldn't figure it out.

Ladybug looked at him a bit confused, was the kiss bad? Did he not enjoy her company? Ladybug looked down at the lights. This wasn't right. She loved Adrien.. A boy from her school. Chat was equally adorable. His green eyes.. Blonde hair.. She sighed. They where both perfect.

The blonde rubbed the back of his head as he took a quick glance at the girl beside him. Her deep blue eyes were stuck on the city lights and he could already tell he made things awkward when he stopped their kiss. "My lady?" He spoke up. "Sorry.. I totally would have pounced on you if that kiss went on any longer." Chat said as he chuckled shyly and smiled.

Ladybug looked at him and smiled "and what would happen if you would have pounced on me? You're cat instincts would take over?" She smiled brightly taking one of the red roses and putting it in her hair. "There.. Puuuurfect" she giggled at her own cat pun.

"I would have eaten you right up." He replied with a wink. A light chuckle escaped his lips as he watched his lady place one of the roses in her hair with a bright smile on her face. "Not even the rose can compare to your beauty." Chat said as he smiled and grabbed a rose and placed it in his mouth. "Oo la nya?~" He chuckled.

Ladybug giggled and looked at the flower in his mouth. "You're so cheesy." She smiled. She brought out her yo-yo again and looked down at the couples walking about down below. "Hey.. Could you do me a favor?" She looked over at him once again.

Chat nodded and looked down at the couples beneath them when she did. "Anything for you Ladybug." He responded simply and honestly. "What'cha need?" He asked and kicked his feet back and forth off the edge.

Ladybug looked at him "well.. I'll be unavailable later.. I have something to do.. Would you be able to help a friend of mine?"

The cat frowned a bit when she mentioned that she would be busy later on but he didn't mind it. She was a busy lady after all, she had places to be, he got it. "What friend?" He questioned and laid back on the roof.

Ladybug looked at him "her name is Marinette.. She's a close friend of mine." She smiled and leaned on him. "She's got something to do, she said it may involve a akuma.."

"Marinette?" He repeated, he was already acquainted with that girl months ago. He knew her and she knew him and he considered them to be friends. "I'll be lonely.. But whatever you say, my lady." He said and nuzzled next to her when she leaned on him. "Will you give this kitty a reward if I go help her?" He questioned with a playful smile.

"Of course my kitty chat" she smiled and kissed his head. What her partner didn't know was he wasn't going to be alone all day. He was going to be spending a day with the real her.

"Hmm..." He hummed to himself as his head was kissed by his beloved. He was glad to have shared this romantic time with her and he knew that the kiss he received from her would be long enough to last him a whole week of motivation. "Well, my lady asks my lady gets." He said as he stood to his feet and pulled her up with him. "But I do want to see you again, we should go on dates more often.~" He teased and kissed her hand.

Ladybug smiled and nodded in agreement. "Do you think one day we will be able to show our identity to each other?" She held the hand that he kissed and smiled. She really wanted to tell her partner that he was going to spend a whole day with her tomorrow. It's something she didn't want to hold back any longer.

Chat winked at her and nodded. "Definitely. I'll love you no matter what, Lovebug.~" He grinned as his tail wagged about. He looked down at the bouquet of roses once more and back up at her. "Please take care of those by the way." He added with a small smile.

Ladybug smiled and nodded "I will.." She giggled and kissed his cheek. "We better get going.. It's almost midnight."
