The Blind Fighter

Erwin had called you down to the 'backyard' of headquarters. Everyone was to attend, but what came next was a complete shock. "You cadets..." Erwin began. "Will be fighting against the squad leaders." he smirked, and you swear his eyebrows got bigger. "You will have to last two minutes against us, in order to determine your rank."

Murmurs erupted from behind you. Were they scared? They've killed titans before and they're scared of a mere human? You scoffed and smirked right back at Erwin. "Sir! I would like to go first and face off against you!" you saluted with your right fist over your heart. Gasps from both the other cadets and squad leaders escapes from their lungs.

"Ah, Cadet (L/N), unfortunately, I won't be your opponent. Corporal Levi will spar against you." He tilted his head towards the short man. You were only five inches taller than he was, but that doesn't mean he wont totally kick your ass.

"I can deal with that. I only have to last two minutes with him right?" You pulled off your shoes and socks. Erwin said nothing, only raised one of his monstrous eyebrows. Next you unbuttoned your shirt to reveal a black sports bra, and ripped the sleeve off. Whistles and sexual harassment comments were spouted at you, but it didn't bother you at the moment.

"Oi. Stop stripping and come fight me brat." Levi impatiently commanded. You tied the sleeve around your head to cover your eyes so you couldn't see. "But Levi, isn't this your fantasy? To see me totally helpless like this?" You toyed with him.

You heard a "Tch." and saw Levi run at you. Not with your eyes, with your feet. The vibrations in the ground made it easier to see things happening that with your eyes, and gave you the upper hand. You saw everything. The expressions on the squad leaders' faces, to the horses 35 meters away.

Levi went in with a left hook, but you dodged it and sweeped your foot under his causing him to fall forward.

"What's the matter? Cant you hit a blind girl?" you taunted him some more and then attacked him with a kick to the chest, but he grabbed your leg and threw you away. You came at him again, and this time punched him in the gut and falling ontop of him, pinning his arms with your hand and his legs by your knees.

You two struggled for a bit until he flipped you over and now being pinned. Luckily, he mistakenly didn't pin your legs correctly so you moved them for under him and kneed him in the stomach, and tossed him over you.

Another heated wrestling match begun and you  heard Erwin counting down from ten. 'Nine, eight, seven...' Determined to win, you finally immobilized Levi by sitting on the small of his back and pinning his arms outstretched on either side of him. 'Three, two...'

"Cadet (Y/N) is the winner!" you heard Erwin announce. You hadn't noticed your face was inches from Levi's until he spoke. "Get off me."

You pulled the blindfold off your face and stood up, extending your hand out to Levi to help him up. He ignored your hand and got up on his own, and walked over to stand next to Hange.

You frowned and walked back to the other cadets were cheers and Annie's sweatshirt were waiting for you. Ignoring all pressing questions on your fighting style, you stared at Levi. Something was off about him today besides that fact that he lost. "Heichou...?"
